Clean Image Car Wash

Terrible service. All the workers are ignorant teenagers and they don’t seem to care about their jobs at all. They did a terrible job waxing my car and I paid $ 24 for it! This place is expensive and has terrible service. I would rate it zero stars if I could.

Very disappointed the past 3 times I have taken my car here. Salt inside and out. They leave streaks and don’t wipe the dirt off of the seats.

This place is 100% quality 1,000% of the time. Always satisfied, the service is great and it’s never an unbearable amount of money for a good wash.

Apparently, paying $ 24.00 for «The Works» does not include the doors. Even a simple vacuum of and/​or wiping dust from the doors.
Per Jimmy or Jim (manager on site during my visit) an extra charge of $ 30.00 will render door cleaning. As with «The Works» they do not touch the doors.
I have been here in the past and have dealt with Mike — who is absolutely amazing. However, in his absence it’s a completely different business.
Will not come back again, unless I know Mike is on duty.
Going back home to finish cleaning just after paying $ 24.00 to get the car clean. #nothappy.

Best car wash I’ve ever been to. I have a monthly VIP pass there, really good deal if you wash your car every week like me. I’ve got to keep my baby looking good! I’ve met the owner too, nice guy. Makes it easier to patronize an establishment when you know there is an appreciative owner.

They do a great job!, vacuum and towel dry! Kinda pricy, lots of options.

Today, I went to Clean Image after not going there for years. Last time I went, they locked my keys in the car while it was running, and I didn’t even get an apology.
Today, I decided to give them another shot. I purchased the top shelf car wash, and it was not top shelf quality. They did a horrible job vacuuming the car, and it doesn’t even look like the touched the back. They hardly wiped down the inside. The floor mats were washed and just thrown back into the car — not even in the correct place.
They did a decent job on the outside. Unfortunately, they applied too much tire shine and it splattered all over the vehicle. Now, it totally needs to be washed again.
The car wash was not worth the $ 24 dollars that I paid! I do not recommend this place — you are better off washing your own vehicle.

Took my car for a complete detail I was told it would take 4hrs it took over 8 because when I went to pick up my SUV it still wasn’t ready the woman working there told me she didn’t like how they did something so she told them to do it again so I wasn’t overly upset so when it finally came out at first glance it looked great upon further inspection I noticed that my third row seats were in the same position that they were in when I dropped it off it turned out that the seats weren’t even touched the carpet under the seats wasn’t cleaned the seats were not cleaned so now I’m pissed but I kept my cool even though I was expected to still pay for this full detail that was half done. Anyway the woman expressed her displeasure with my service and offered to do it again at another time so I payed and left after that I stopped to get gas and looked over the SUV again and noticed what at first I thought were scratches it turned out to be wax still all over the car why should I pay $ 200 for a service and still have to wipe my car down. The dash was greasy and streaky and what ever they use to clean the carpet it doesn’t work. I called the other day to set up an appointment so that this could be rectified as I was told it would be and the manager mike didn’t return my call now I must state that mike called me after it happened and also said I could bring my vehicle back but I guess they feel I just took to long to bring it back. I’m sorry clean image that it took so long to rearrange my schedule to be without my car for a whole other day. I would not recommend this car wash.

I had to wait a while before putting in a review because I was so mad & disappointed all at the same time. I wasted $ 90 on an interior detail. When I dropped the car off, I pointed out a few dirty/​problem spots that needed special attention. The manager told me it wouldn’t be a problem, they were coffee stains & food ground in a dark interior. They have a good PR manager, he talks a good talk. I also had a crack in the windshield that was a couple inches long and a couple years old. When I got the car back, it looked very greasy inside. I had to ask if it would get on my clothes. The crack in the windshield was greater then 12 inches longer then it had been, and went straight across the middle of the windshield (as if someone was leaning on it). I have cleaned the windshield & the crack didn’t move! What were they doing to get it to spread over a foot?! Once the grease finally started going away, I noticed one of the coffee spots on the radio was never cleaned, only greased over, and the area around the gear shifter was NEVER cleaned. I’m not sure what generic crap product (if any) they used on my leather seats, but later that night all the seats look dried & cracked! I had to treat the leather myself the same day I paid $ 90 for an interior detail that supposedly included leather cleaning.
I’m most angry about the windshield. I need it to last as long as possible, they are not cheap to replace. The lack of care & respect for my car is beyond disappointing. I will NEVER go back there. I get mad every time I drive by.

This used to be the place to go for a good interior/​exterior clean. Now they barely touch the inside. Their reason was they had too many complaints about dials (radio, etc) on the dash being changed. So you now pay the full price for a good exterior and a barely touched interior.

Great towel dry service. Just wish their unlimited monthly washes were a bit cheaper. Another busy wash just down the street is more affordable for unlimited monthly, but I prefer this place overall.

Terrible. 40 bucks for a car wash. Floor matts were not cleaned, trunk was not cleaned, door panels, dashboard and center council not cleaned.
Thank for sprinkling my car with water and wiping it down. It was definitely worth the money.

Great service for a very competitive price. Even a basic exterior wash is under $ 10 (with tip). I’ve been going here for years and I’m always happy with the service I receive. I’d definitely recommend it.

This is the place to go in Plainfield when you want a quality car wash. There are multiple attendants on staff, so you get a quick and professional interior/​exterior wash at the best price you’ll find in town. Most other washes in town leave your car dirty for $ 20 – 30. I always use their online coupon on my phone and pay less than $ 20 but I would pay more because of the great service.
