Fudge Factory Farm

So many different flavors! After much thought, I went for the novelty items: apple pie, caramel apple, and chocolate amaretto.
They sell half-​pounders of fudge, select small samples and select large samples, which proved to be quite the predicament. I didn’t want to get the ½ pound since it would be too much, the flavors I wanted didn’t come in the large size, and the small size would not have been enough. For some reason, they couldn’t just cut me a large sample size of the flavors I wanted, so I ordered a couple of each of the small samples to compensate. If I recall correctly, the large sample was $ 3.50 each and the small sample was $ 1.50 each.
Aside from figuring out the amounts, the fudge was delicious. The apple pie was spot-​on, the caramel apple had actual apple peel in it, and the the chocolate and amaretto were like a match made in heaven.

Didn’t try fudge but we tried apple wedges with caramel sauce and peanuts on top for $ 4. It was alright. I wouldn’t buy it again though.

Fudge Factory has a little bit of everything. Gummy candy, caramel apples, chocolates, hard candy, and of course fudge are just a few of their large variety of goodies.
I came looking to sample a couple chocolates, fudge, and a caramel apple. I was surprised at how expensive the fudge was. $ 3 for a small square. I decided that was a smidge too rich for me, so I passed on the fudge. What I did try was a caramel apple with nuts and some sour gummy candy. Both were fantastic. The apple had a nice thick layer of caramel over a delicious granny smith apple. They have some really cool flavors of caramel apples too. Cheesecake, white chocolate, and gummy candy were the ones the stood out to me. The caramel apple was $ 5, which is a bit cheaper than High Hill’s apple. I preferred High Hill’s apple though.
Fudge Factory in just down the road from High Hill. Past the pond and picnic tables. Parking is shared with them, but there is plenty of it. High Hill is one of the busiest stands in Apple Hill, so prepare for crowds.
I highly recommend you check this place out. It’s a nice departure from everything apple and there is something for everyone here.

My all time favorite stop at apple hill! Great jams, jellies, sauces, syrups, apple wine, fudge, and many kinds of candy apples! Lots of goodies and they give you a free tote bag if you spend $ 30 or more

This is a staple stop in our annual trip to Apple hill. We come atleast once a year! Over all we have had wonderful experiences here. The last time we went we were a bit disappointed in the Caramel that was on our wedged apple, it was very grainy and not very warm. I think they hadn’t let that batch warm long enough to melt good enough to be the way it normally is. But since that was our first and only hiccup we have had there since I was a kid I can’t imagine lowering their star rating.
We always get apple slices with melted caramel and chopped nuts. This year we ordered a cherry lemonade and a raspberry lemonade. We loved them! They were very refreshing and delicious and left me wanting another glass!

Fudge, jams, caramel apples and more! This place will definitely cure your sweet tooth. JK & I made an early trip up to Apple Hill. It was great to beat the crowds. This is a must stop when there.
Venders outside the quaint shop were selling herbals, teas, honey, jewelry, olive oil & vinegars. Just to name a few. We walked away with some goodies from both inside & outside the shop! The people were all so friendly & helpful. It was great to support locals & their quality products.
We brought our little dog Trixie. She was even welcomed inside the shop. (We had to pick her up to bring her in, but she weighs 10 lbs. so, no biggie!)
Fudge Factory Farm is not a part of High Hill Ranch, but they are literally right next to each other! Great place to pick up some unique items & sweets!

If you love fudge then you will love this place. Of course the ingredients are not the best (corn syrup instead of real sugar) but oh well

Delicious treats are the great takeaway item from this stop on the Apple Hill Tour.
Every year we stop by Fudge Factory to grab jam. I love their Raspberry Lemonade Jam! This time we picked up some Apple Pie fudge to take back to my coworkers. A large portion that could be additional portioned out was well priced. It traveled home easily as it was packaged in a hard plastic shell. The jams are in glass jars so those travel easily as well.
They have other snacks and treats but we typically indulge elsewhere and get only take home goodies from this stop.

Love this place, this is the second year we have visited this group of shops and farms at Apple Hill. The face painter Pinky Star is awsome and look forward to seeing her next year. This place has great chocolate and covered candy apples.

This is my favorite place to go in Apple Hill! Amazing treats — I love the apple hand pies and all of the fudge. Counter service is great, even when they are busy. A young man noticed I was looking at some of the jams against the wall, approached, and asked if I wanted to try anything. They also have a cute play area outside for the kids.

Awesome caramel apples! I have yet to try the fudge I bought but it looks great.

We actually liked the fudge shop. Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Lots of free samples. Fudge is tasty. They also have other goodies.
If you are craving fudge when in apple hill, this place is a must try!
They take credit cards.

It’s a decent spot to visit that sells organic apples and loads of fudge, truffles and sweets! It may be difficult to find a parking spot during the Fall peak season as the area attracts hoards of people. The candy selection here is expansive but they are steeply priced. Higher prices aren’t a surprise for the area though as it’s an attraction of sorts and full of a lot of novelty shops. I’d personally save my money to buy gourmet fudge elsewhere but the Fuji apples are good and worth the price. The shop is also cute to just browse around in.

Yes, yes, yes OMG ! To start off the Fudge here is sooo goood it’s indescribable. But which Flavor to pick. We just took one of everything. There was a long line for the ice cream, it looked good and the kids were all enjoying it. The baked goods also looked very good. Will be back for your fudge

It’s a really pretty location. We went here when it was snowing and there were tons of people here having fun. The lines were way too long to grab any apple cider or apple doughnuts, but I don’t think it’s usually too busy. It was just crazy because it was snowing and barely any places were open. I love the little pond they have here! The chocolates we got weren’t that great from the little shop weren’t that great though, but they had lots of options.

This place is dangerous! I’ve found a place that has fudge almost as good as my own.

Visiting Apple Hill this fall? Make sure to stop by Fudge Factory to support them. Gotta have my fill of sweet stuff and need some caramel apples. Yum! They even cut up the apples for you. There’s also samples of their fudge for you to try. One of the best fudge I’ve had. More please~

The store can get pretty crowded, but the lines move pretty quickly and there are plenty of workers to help you out.

Fudge is not for Asians. It’s typically too sweet and all we really want to eat for dessert is fruit anyway.
BUT out of all the fudges I’ve tried, this place has one of the best. The pieces don’t leave that grainy feeling in your mouth and don’t crumble upon separation. Here, it’s completely smooth.
I’m also impressed with the variety. I tried a simple piece of peanut butter fudge and really liked it! Just the sample piece was enough for me. I could probably survive on a regular size piece for a couple days.
This would make a great gift, especially if you get the mix package with 12 or 16 different flavors.

Just in case you’re not getting enough sweet stuff on your Apple Hill run (which is probably impossible), at least grab some fudge to go here to go. Put it in the fridge and once you’ve blown through all the apple sweets, you’ll have some excellent finger-​licking-​good fudge.
There are tons of varieties of fudge here, but personally I like the classic: dark chocolate walnut. You really can’t go wrong with any of them though. And might I add that they will wrap them up nice and pretty if you have a special someone in need of a gift (or perhaps a gift for yourself just because it’s a Friday, I don’t judge).
They also have other delectable candified goodness like chocolate and caramel-​dipped apples. It’s a must-​visit on the Apple Hill run. If nothing else, go in and grab a sample (of course, then you’ll want to buy some).

If you happen to be visiting High Hill Ranch, (you lucky bastard, you) I’d suggest that you go ahead and follow the crowd; it’ll probably lead you to straight to the Fudge Factory.
The actual shop itself isn’t all the big, but its PACKED from top to bottom with sweet treats. Like the name indicates, they have a HUGE selection of fudges, (some flavors I remember: apple cider, pumpkin pie, praline, and orange sherbet), but they also have other confections like caramel apples (traditional, with nuts, «apple pie apples,» white chocolate…), homemade jellies and jams, jarred caramel to take home, monsterously big cookies, ice cream by the scoop, and sooo much more. (One of my fav finds: these little containers of «worms and dirt» for the kids, which were crushed oreos and gummy worms. Cute.)
We went with two traditional caramel apples. OH YES. There was about half an inch of caramel on each apple, and they were goooood. We also had an Apple Strudel Sick (the crust was outstanding: buttery and flaky), and a mini Blackberry Tart. NOM. Totally satisfying. Even the coffee was good! (and only $ 1!)
The place usually super packed, but it always is. Be prepared to walk into a full house and to wait a bit to get your goods. Today, they had a whole gaggle of teens helping move the lines along, and gosh bless ‘em they were doing their very best. (I asked the young gentleman helping us, «What makes the ‘Apple Pie Apple’ different than the regular caramel apple?’ He said, ‘They, ah… have more stuff on them.’ Thanks, sweetie. Just hand me my coffee.)
Verdict: You HAVE to go. I’ve been coming to High Hill Ranch since I was just a wee lass, and I can’t remember a year where we haven’t visited the Fudge Factory. Pick your treats, grab a picnic bench by the fish pond, and enjoy. =)
