Specialties

We make homemade fudge, candy, caramel and chocolates on site. We specialize in custom candy and homemade goodies. We make over 17 different kinds of candy coated apples, and 65 different flavors of fudge. We also create jams, jellies, syrups, and grilling glazes with fruit grown on our farm.

History

Established in 1985.

In 1985 Jean Reinders decided to take her love of making homemade

candy and confections and share it with the people of El Dorado

County. Ever since Jean was a little girl she has had a skill for

making candy and loves to share it with her family and friends. Today

Jean has turned that love into a thriving business that is proud to

offer it’s customers over 65 different flavors of fudge, fresh baked

cookies, homemade hot fudge and caramel sundaes, fresh peanut

brittle, English toffee, a wide variety of chocolates, over 17

different kinds of candy coated apples and many more goodies.

The Fudge Factory Farm is now a family run business (we are training our third generation) and has expanded the store to the great outdoors. Growing our own apples, raspberries, blueberries, walnuts, and blackberries to use in our creations (hence the «Farm» in our name).
