Business Owner

Megan Fitzgerald is a Nutrition and Wellness consultant from Orange County, CA. After completion of a bachelors degree from UCSD

and the dietetics program at Point Loma Nazarene University, Megan moved back to her hometown to help fill the need for nutritional

help in the area. Megan specializes in eating disorders, gluten intolerance/​Celiac Disease, and sports nutrition. As someone who has journeyed through recovery, Megan can truly connect and understand her clients that are fighting an eating disorder. Furthermore, Megan has a Celiac disease diagnosis and can help those with gluten intolerance understand the implications of a gluten free lifestyle. Megan works hard to help her clients develop a healthy and balanced relationship with food and activity so that they can live the best life possible!
