Scooter’s Jungle

We just had our son’s 3^rd birthday party here today. We brought in the decorations, cake, and some snacks, and they took care of the rest. The staff here is incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. The kids and the adults all loved playing in the bounce house and on the huge slide. What was best about it all was that we got to really enjoy just spending time with our guests and our birthday boy instead of running around like crazy trying to organize everything. We couldn’t imagine having a more fun and stress free party. Thank you Scooter’s Jungle, we will definitely have another party here in the future!

We had our 5^th and 6^th birthday party here and it was another success! The staff are friendly and very welcoming. Facility is very clean. The giant slide and zip line was a huge success. They let the characters come in the play area to interact with the kids which is a huge plus. They handle everything there which makes everything so easy. Highly recommended.

We just had a birthday party here today for our daughter, and we had a blast! From the very beginning when we were just asking them questions, the Scooter’s Jungle staff members were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were very easy to talk to and were willing to accommodate us with our budget. I think the price here is quite affordable compared to other party places, especially if you have the party on a weekday. I think it’s great how you can bring in dry snacks, dessert, one fruit tray, and one veggie tray for no extra charge. You can also bring other types of food for a small fee. Pizza and refillable drinks can be included depending on the package you purchase. They can even slice the pizza into 12 slices each if you prefer. I loved how it was a private event, and we had the whole place to ourselves. The party went so smoothly with the workers’ assistance. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone else looking for a place to have their child’s birthday party.

I just had my daughter’s 1^st birthday here and it was great! The staff was so helpful. They did all clean up and set up for us and kept us on a schedule. This made it perfect so that I could actually enjoy the party and not be running around. The place is big inside and all the kids and the adults had a blast! They were very accommodating with all my needs. We brought in our own food and dessert table and they set it all up.
We also hired our own face painter and caricature artist, and they made it very easy for everything. As guests brought in gifts, they marked them so we knew when we got home, who they were from.
They helped us unload and load up our car.
This place was perfect for having a stress free birthday party that wasn’t too expensive.
I definitely recommend!

Hosted my son’s 6^th bday party here. He & his friends loved it. They were a fan of the zip line. Everything went very smoothly. They are very accommodating. The team is a breeze to deal with. They are very pleasant and always willing to help. Extremely forthcoming. Very smooth n organized in the food room. Our order of pizza ended up being a little short even though we went with their suggestion on how much we should order. Even though I’d expect them to know better, I don’t really blame them for it but I sure felt bad & embarrassed… luckily we had taken other food & were able to make up for it. I wish they would have some kind of arrangement where we’d have the option of ordering more pizza during our time in the food room if something like this happens. I know no other place allows this either but I think scooter jungle can become an even better choice of party venue if they added this kind of a privilege (it’s ok if they price these kind of last minute additions at a higher price)…it’s a relief to know the option is there if needed.
Everything else went great.
I would recommend this place to everyone!

We celebrated our daughter’s 4^th birthday party at the Placentia location– can’t say enough good things about the staff here! They made her birthday party such a special & fun filled experience, and made it so so easy for my husband & I to enjoy the party from start to finish! We just had our daughter’s 4^th birthday party here for 25 kids and 30 adults. The staff was very helpful in organizing everything. I booked the venue one month in advance and 2 days before the date of the event they called and we went over all the details. During the party, they had two attendants in the play area and one attendant in the dining area. I would have preferred two attendants in the dining room to help pass out the pizza and cake. We had to help the attendant pass out the cake because she was busy cutting the cake. Overall all the kids had a great time. Adults had a good time playing ping pong too. This was the easiest and stress free party I have ever planned!

I held my daughter’s birthday party here and I am so happy I did. Everyone there makes everything so easy. They really do handle everything including decorating the lunch room with the decorations you supply. I was able to enjoy the party rather than run around making sure everything was in order. My eight year old and her friends loved it!

We had a bunch of 4 year old boys for a birthday party. It was a great place for the kids to go crazy and not have to worry. The staff was extremely helpful in loading and unloading and in setting up the party room. The kids had a great time and parents had the option to either jump in or sit down and take a break. It’s really nice that they have things other that just bouncers and slides — everyone enjoyed ping pong, foosball & air hockey (all included) and there was a play area for little kids too.

This location of Scooter’s Jungle is one of the cleanest we have been to. The other bounce houses in the area smell but this one has super clean facilities and the staff is pleasant.
We ordered a party that was for adults, but I can tell the fun was for all ages. I would recommend you spend the extra and come to Scooters Jungle!

Love it! this is my 3^rd time celebrating my kids Birthday parties here! and I have to say it’s always a great experience. This time we had Narrisa hosting and she was great!.. All the girls were super sweet, great service and best of all we can all enjoy the party as kids are taken care of by the wonderful Staff!.. I will return for my next party.
I recommend if you’re looking for a place to have a super fun time, and stress free party.

I’ve been to a couple of these places and the consistency with them is, there never seems to be enough seating for the adults or non playing individuals in the play area. I’m not really a fan, but I can see what makes these places appealing for parties. Air conditioned, fun slides and obstacle courses for kids, random toys so it really keeps them occupied. After play time, there was an animal show in a foyer area. For the amount of people at this particular event, space was hard to come by. The dining area was really cramped so it made it hard when there are lots of people, strollers and car seats. I feel they may have over booked for this party, but it was a good time for the kids. Simple, to the point and short and sweet.

the team at Scooters Placentia is amazing. they did a fantastic job. Party was for a five year old and we had a range of kiddos (youngest being 2). there is only one room, but that was okay. this is the 2^nd year in a row we’ve done it there at my kid’s insistence. We had about 27 kids and 20+ adults… and the room didn’t seem overly cramped. We had Oscar who helped with the zipline for the kids (which was great b/​c we had a ton of boys) and then we had Grace who helped with the food. There was another girl, who was great, whose name I can’t remember at the moment. They were super organized and were there to help.
We did the pizza package and got a discount (they offer them either in their e-​mails they send out — which have coupons for open jump sessions — so we got $ 25 off our party). I didn’t have a chance to prepare goody bags, but they were very flexible with that. I wasn’t particularly interested in the ones online, but Steve came up with an alternative — each kid could pick out a monkey (like the rally monkeys) and that came out to like $ 2.99 (which is cheaper than a goody bag when you factor in the time it takes to compile those).
We took the 5pm time, which is perfect b/​c the kids are exhausted, fed and then crash when they get home. Parent liked it — super AC’d and fun for them too. Would definitely recommend for kids with lots of energy.

We had our daughter’s birthday here this past weekend. I have to say, like our Scooter’s Jungle experience, it is consistently good. Instead of being on the attendee side, we were on being the host of the party. So that being said, this review is more on the technical aspect of booking this place.
The deposit for your party will be $ 150. If you want to just have a party and no food, you can book at the base price for the weekend rate of $ 299. However, we opted for the pizza package (And you can only buy pizza from them, you cannot bring any in) which is $ 85 more for 7 1 topping Papa John Pizzas. Thumbs up for choosing Papa Johns, since I do like them and it was a no brainer for me to choose this package. Oh, the package also included 3 different soda choices.
If you want to bring your own water. That will be free. If you want to bring your cold veggie, cold fruit, ½ sheet cake, that will also be free. However, if you want to bring your cold entrée that would be $ 10 and if it’s hot, it will be $ 15.
But I think I got dinged for having my party tray in 2 different boxes, so they Scooters charged me an extra $ 10. Part of me feel like this extra $ 20 is just gratuity for the workers because it doesn’t take them that much more to put a box of sandwiches there. Also at the end when you pay, gratuity is optional but I gave them an additional $ 20. Staff is friendly here, so that I think they deserved.
They will finalize the final details with you 2 days prior to the event so you get a list of items on the contract. I believe as long as it is under 60 people with 22 of them being kids, you won’t get dinged for extra charge. This location being one of the smaller ones, I wouldn’t recommend getting 60 people even though the one large room will be big enough to hold them. However as for the kids, there’s a zip line (up to 125 lbs, so don’t even try it), there’s a bounce as you come in, a air hockey table, a ping pong table, and the ginormous slide (at all Scooters Jungle locations)
Since this is one of the older Scooters Jungle it’s just one room but it is air conditioned the heck out of it. You might need a jacket here. As for the eating room, its got 2 benches. So I would say it seats maybe 40 semi comfortably but no more than that.
We saw 3 employees in different rooms rotating in and out at all times. So though it is barely staffed, it is just barely enough to have them help you at all times. Oh, they will also help you bring your stuff to and from your car when you arrive and leave, so that’s a plus. All in all, I did wish this place was bigger and had more staff but for a kids party, it will suffice. Props to the workers.

Staff was courteous, pleasant, and helpful! Simply put, they were awesome, as always!
We also come regularly for open play.
Fun place to release energy!

Went today for a 3 yo birthday. Nice time over all
Nice girl who helped in the room. Only one room though. Has big slide, a bouncy room and a bouncy room w a zip line.
Spent 1.5 hours in the one room before lunch kids were sooo hungry and tired by then.
Food room very small… for the size party today. 20 – 26 kids w each a parent or two. Everyone was on top of each other to the point many of us had to eat in the lobby out of sight of our kids. But better than being smashed in one room. Food decent not sure where it came from.
Daughter had a nice time just got a bit bored at end and monitor didn’t do any coordinated games or playtime.

I gotta say we had a great time here! It was mine and my sons first time here and we threw his 6^th birthday party here! And it was a huge success! Friendly staff, very inviting, the only thing I would say could’ve been better was the bathroom had no changing table and the cleanliness was a little off, other than that we had a great time! Def will do it again.

After seeking ideas from friends I found this place. It was in an industrial area, little hard to imagine but the party room was great. Even the adults enjoyed it. We went down the slide and played games. Kids and adults had a ball.
I have to be honest though the food is awful. Papa John no sauce dry cold pizza. They should let you bring your own food for free. Also, Scooters jungle has no monkey. Most places have some kind of character like chuckie has the rat. It wouldn’t take much to get a monkey suit and there are plenty of staff for one to at least dress up for a song.
Be sure and do the t-​shirt signing because it is something your child will have forever.

We just had my son’s 4^th Birthday here.
I originally chose this place because they don’t have a head count for adults (unless its over 55 guest i believe), you can bring chips, dip, veggie/​fruit platter, cake. There is an option to bring your own outside food, but it cost extra.
We got the Super Package, I ordered the pizza thru them and brought my own sides (fruit/​chips and dip) They took it all when i came in and took care of EVERYTHING! I didnt bring any extra decorations, but you can if you wanted to. They provide all plates/​napkins and utensils. I brought cupcakes but they would have cut and served the cake if i had brought a sheet cake.
I think since i brought cupcakes it saved time and we were actually able to open gifts there! I also love that as people came in, they took the gifts and wrote there name down. As he was opening his gifts, they wrote down what each was for EASY thank you notes or to just remember who got him what.
EVERYONE had a blast. I haven’t been to the other locations of Scooters jungle, but I have heard this is considered a small one. I think it was great for all ages that came. The slide was a HUGE hit. The zip line was fun for those who met the weight limit. The other jumper that was more of a multi-​sport one was a big hit too. For those adults who were not jumping or sliding the FREE air hockey, fuse ball and table tennis were very entertaining. They also had a toddler/​baby corner for the little ones who can’t or don’t want to jump.
I was so pleased with my experience here. They were so helpful. I wish I would have gotten the girls names that helped us. The one girl who helped during the food/​cake/​presents was so nice and we chatted so easily that my family thought i knew her outside of this place.
I wouldn’t be surprised if i had another party here again in the future. GREAT service.
