Nice beer stop. Excellent selection with all the names in the craft beer feeding frenzy. This store feels like a beer hoarder’s home but it’s ok because I wish I knew a beer hoarder.

This is my new favorite place to get amazing beers. They have a killer selection and Mike is super friendly and always so happy to help answer any questions.

This review is a long time coming. Every trip to the Bruery has resulted in a pit stop at Mr. Ks. These guys have probably the best craft beer selection in OC and at the fairest prices. If you need help they’re always ready to tell you what’s new and selling fast. Huge difference from other spots that hide/​hoard the new and rare stuff.
Whether you’re a craft beer vet or newbie this is a great spot to browse and chat with the staff. I’ve even started dropping by Mr Ks and skipping Bruery!

Massive bottle collection. Right next to the Bruery! Extremely helpful with great recommendations. Almanac, Bruery, Lost Abbey, Cascade, 50/​50, and on and on. Easy to get lost in all of the selection. Best bottle shop I’ve seen in California!

This place is my new Mecca.
Excellent craft beer selection and decent prices! If you are into beer that isn’t colored water this is a must check out place!
The only downside I find is that because some of the selections come and go so often not everything is priced… who cares, they keep getting great stuff!

This place has so many bottles of craft beer! They get all the heavy hitters. Good prices and the guys behind the counter are very helpful. They also seem very educated and connected with the local beer scene. It’s a definite must stop by for a visit.

There is no better place in Orange County to buy beer. None. Period. Management is friendly and honest and they wear a huge smile for everyone who comes through their doors. Perfect example: I spent $ 7 on an imperial stout that I hadn’t had before. It turned out that the bottle was infected (as happens sometimes). I was talking to Mike about my experience with the beer, with no intention of seeking a refund and the man insisted. He gave me my seven dollars back on the spot, didn’t even blink, and he even apologized for the brewery and their distribution. If you are a serious beer drinker in the area, this should always be your first stop. Their bottle list is as exclusive as it gets. I will be a customer here for as long as my liver allows.

Great selection of local beers. The people behind the counter were more then willing to help me find what I was looking for. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but pass through the doors and you’ll be in microbrew heaven.

Short: A legit bottle shop walking distance from The Bruery.
Long: Somewhat sketchy looking convenience store with a mega beer selection inside: cases of Lagunitas Sucks, lots of weird Belgian bottles, 3 °F Geuze, local beers in sixers and singles, cases of harder to find Mikkeller stuff, Amager Weasel Brunch, oddball New Zealand and Italian stuff. Definitely a hidden gem that should not be overlooked when visiting The Bruery.

Been coming here for awhile now and wish I started sooner. Mike really knows how to run a shop and make his customers feel welcomed. If you are going to make a stop at The Bruery make sure you embrace all that is Mr. K’s, you won’t be disappointed.

An absolute leader in the craft beer scene for liquor stores. Great selection great knowledge, because they are also fans of great beer. A must on your list and right in front of the famous Bruery.

I hesitate to write this review because if more people know about this place, there might be less beer for me… but I can’t silence my love for this hidden gem. This is a typical-​looking liquor store that is atypical in the kinds of craft brew they carry. Sure, they carry bottles from the popular Stone and the nearby The Bruery, but they also carry harder-​to-​find bottles from my personal favorites Lost Abbey and Cascade. I even found Cantillon here once. CANTILLON. They also carry more Mikkeller and Evil Twin than I’ve seen in larger shops, if you’re into those microbreweries. And not only do they have a varied, interesting selection, but they have great customer service, too. This is an awesome store and I hope they keep up the quality.

This is a hidden craft beer gem right outside from the Bruery. We had passed by it a number of times until a staff member from the Bruery mentioned it. They have a GREAT selection of hard to find beers. Super friendly service and you can follow them on instagram for their latest arrivals!

If you are in dying need of liquor, don’t bicker about your liquor. Go to Mr. K’s. You will be joining lots of working men and women spending their take home pay on really affordable medicine.
I got a sweet deal on a 12-​pack of Bud. And it’s such a small place, like 800 ft’, you won’t have to look very far.

I love this place. They got good prices and great staff working. The store is clean and neat. Selection is amazing. Most liquor stores I go to they only carry standard stuff, but this store is different. You always come out smiling cuz the owner always happy unlike other store where they follow you as if you were going to steal something. Sometime I just stop by this store to say whats up to the staff thats working there. This guy gets me any thing I like by doing special orders and stuff.

I have swung into this liqour store a number of times, mainly just for the great deal on the Monster energy drinks (2×16oz cans for $ 3), but today I saw a review about the craft beers and went and check it out. Man he does have a great selection here and decent prices on it all.
I spent some time talking with the owner/​manager (not sure which, and I had some extra time, so why not) I have met him a couple of times and has always been friendly. He told me its only really recently, like say last two years or so they started carrying better beer as the Bruery behind it has started to blow up in status. He even said at one point he had to tell the Bruery to pull their stock early on because people came in looking for cheep beer and wanted to pay $ 2 – 3 bucks for a great micro-​brew!
So now he has the cheep, swing in beer pong stuff on the right and all of the good micro-​brews on the left. If you are looking for some great local brews and some really good imports, here is the place. This will now forever be my go to spot. Amazing.

There’s only really one reason to come here — If you want to get fucked up.
No, seriously. They may not have anything remotely close to a good beer selection — if you’re into craft beer, but they do have the turf covered when you want your case of bud and some hard liquor.
In fact, looking at the wall of glass with distilled spirits inside of them, it’s easy to say that this place offers and has everything you could possibly need in a liquor search. The prices are also relatively comparable to stuff like BevMo.
The fact that it’s right next to the 57 freeway also means that you can go in for a quick restock of the supplies and have the escape option of the freeway right there, not more than 50 feet away.
It’s also right next to the Bruery’s tasting room. Which does give you the ability to enjoy some real beer before you come here for some cheap 12 pack of bad beer — or some hard and stiff liquor.
