K & S Towing

I wish I could not give any stars. Mike answered the phone after I was advised my truck was towed from my own apartment complex and was rude when I was upset he hung up on me. At 12:30 at night I believe anyone would be upset to know there vehicle was towed. When I called back he advised of charges and when I called to advise I would be meeting him he said well you’ll have to wait I’m doing another tow. Horrible customer service and bad experience overall!

Terrible customer service! Company put a large orange sticker on my back windshield notifying me that my registration had expired — by TEN days. The sticker was in the mail! CHP doesn’t even pull a person over for that, what gives them the right to come tag my car with an obnoxious sticker that I am now expected to get off? Not only is it distracting but it will also cost me money and time.
When I called the company to ask what they could do for me, the manager said it wasn’t his problem and was very rude. He told me he would drop off a razor blade at my complex so I could shave the sticker off since he «didn’t have time» to come out there and do it. Instead of trying to reason with me (as the customer) he immediately dismissed me and said he had been doing this for 25 years and was just following the apartment complex’s procedure.
Not really sure why I deserved this treatment since I was very reasonable with the guy and was really just asking a simple question…
