We are a family owned and operated business, and do our best to treat our customers as part of the family. It starts with the initial call where my wife will explain our process and ask you questions to give an approximate bid. We will schedule you in a timely manner. We privide a full treatment cleaning. We begin with a full prespray of solutions, followed by a steam extraction with no residue to be left behind. It is a process most people in the business have bypassed just to save a little time. In the long run it does not leave the shampoo behind to become a magnet for dirt.
