Great fast service and unlike most cell phone repair shops in town they are honest & not shady. Very good customer service. I’ve had a couple of my wife & daughter’s phones come through with no issues. I recommend them to everyone.

I was very impressed with the positive attitude of the women working there. I am not sure if she is the owner but she was very nice and a pleasure to deal with.
They were able to help me out with a sim card issue and got is resolved very quickly.

I highly recommend this place! They are so nice and helpful! I had a bent iPhone 6+ after going to several places all of them said they couldn’t straighten it all the way. I decided to try this place out and they did a fantastic job! Straighten it like it was brand new. And was very affordable. I would definitely recommend this place

I was referred to CPR Cell Phone Repair by a friend shortly after they opened and was a bit apprehensive of using an «after-​market» repair facility to work on my phones. Over the past couple of years, I have taken numerous Blackberry, iPhone, iPad devices from my business to Dawn at CPR and they have impressed me each time. Whether it is a simple fix or something more complex (dropped the phone in water!) they have been very reasonable in their pricing, always use the best components and turn around time is excellent. Going to CPR Cell Phone is like having a family member in the business!

I would recommend never taking your iPhone here. My girlfriend a year ago took her iPhone 5 here. After multiple visits, the screen was either not glued properly, the lcd would fail, or the screen would crack almost instantly. Recently, I took my iPhone 6 to be repaired. The screen and LCD was ruined. They replaced both, only to find they didn’t glue it again properly. Took it back. Cracked again, they charged me 75 $ to fix it. Next day. cracks again. In total I have spent $ 355. At this point I’m demanding money back since I now have to take it to Apple to have it properly repaired (Something I suggest doing in the first place). They only give me $ 75 back. They were unwilling to repair it again claiming it was my fault. They use very cheap parts that break 10 times easier than Apple’s glass would (according to them its the best they can get, but still no where near apple). Pay the little extra to go to Apple and have it fixed. The 30 – 40 $ you save will only end up being another $ 300 when you have to take it over to Apple to have their damaged repair fixed. Not to mention you’ll lose you warranty. Don’t have these people put cheap, non oem parts on your expensive phone. The fix wont last.

Thanks to CPR! I broke the LCD (not the glass) on my galaxy s3 at 3am. I brought it in and was helped right away. The owner, Dawn, was helpful and explained the process that my phone was about to go through. Feeling confident that my phone was going to be fine, I left it there to be worked on. Later that day, my phone was ready to go!
The phone is as good as new and working awesomely. They even put a new screen protector on it. Thanks again!

Edit: After much back and forth and complaining I was able to have them replace the shoddy piece that was put on originally. This time I went with the digitalizer and lcd as one piece straight from LG and payed the difference. They were very cooperative and when I got it back it was close to brand new. Would I do it again? No way! But at least they made an effort to make me happy. Can’t say I recommend them, but at least they are willing to make you happy which in the end matters.
Having owned many phones over the years, never had I been in a situation where I needed to fix a broken screen. But a fumble onto the tile floor a couple weeks ago changed that in an instant as my new Optimus G Pro was a spidered mess of broken shards. After a little research I decided that I would give CPR a try since they quoted me 150 and LG quoted me 225. I figured I’d save a little money and they assured me that since the LCD wasn’t broken, they would only have to fix the digitalizer. Little did I know that they would order some BS part from China which likely cost them far less than they charge for the part! After they told me it would be ready in a couple hours I drove to Kendall from Homestead where i live and dropped it off while wasting time at Dadeland Mall. When I called and they told me it was ready for pickup, they handed it to me and I noticed something was wrong right away! The home button which stuck out a little on the OEM screen was recessed to the point that you can barely touch it, and the edges of the glass were full of what appeared to be glue and dust in major gaps between the screen and the unit. I was like what is this? The guy behind the counter said that it’s normal. That they have to use this sticky stuff to adhere the screen upon assembly and that if I take it home and apply vice grips (pressure) to the screen it should resolve. Really?! I payed 160 $ with tax for this? Not only that, but as soon as I started playing with it, I realized the screen wasn’t responsive. They told me I’d have to leave it another few hours so they could take it apart again. I was like, don’t you test the product before returning it to the customer? After about 20 minutes they returned me my phone which looked like hell and told me I could bring it back for them to fix the screen anytime within six months if it isn’t up to par. Not only did it have those issues, but upon further inspection t had smears and steaks under the screen that they applied that made the phone look like crap and really showed up on a white screen. It was so distracting that it was unusable. When I complained and brought it back, surely i thought that they would order another part as this one was obviously bad, but they told me the best they could do is order the digitalizer and LCD together and I’d just pay the difference. I wasn’t about to spend another penny especially since the part they are referring to can be found on eBay for 65 bucks, not 200 something! Hell, LG would give me a refurbished to new phone for 225! Long story short I picked up the phone the second time this week. The home button is still almost unusable, the screen still doesn’t lay flush and has gaps that collect dust and you can still see the glue from the assembly, and to add insult to injury there are a few micro scratches on the screen that are probably there since the replacement isn’t gorilla glass, but some cheap imposter! No clue how the scratches got there as I was only able to use the phone one day before I set it aside due to it looking o bad! To wrap up, they use crap parts, have kids that don’t take pride in their work assembling their phones, and I just wasted 160 bucks and got back a subpar phone. Shame on you CPR. Shame on you…
