History
Established in 2010.
The building was purchased in April 2009, and an immediate yearlong extensive renovation was launched. The building, itself was solid. However, it was in serious need of a complete remodel on the interior and extra attention on the exterior. My Decorator, Designer, & Painter, Alice Peternel did the interiors of the Inn and I have to say she did an incredible job! Every room has it own theme. We worked on theme ideas together, and Peternel interpreted those ideas into the masterpiece you see today. Upon close of escrow, in April 2009, we immediately began shopping for antique furniture on Craigslist. Many pieces of furniture purchased needed to be refinished, and Peternel refinished each piece. Every room has hardwood floors throughout, and either a private or semi-private deck. Our bathrooms have tumbled stone tile and deep soaking tubs.
