Customer service is top notch here! I normally hate dealing with dealerships, but I’ll come here for all my needs! I highly recommend anyone that’s in need of Ford parts to call this location! Jose Cerrillo went above and beyond what I expected and handled my needs quickly and efficiently.

Well I only needed a oil dip stick for 06 Pete, the cost $ 136. Is that really the price, the profits here are huge I can’t imagine it cost any where near that price!?! Service Dept was In and out, we had the item put on will-​call so it was an easy purchase.

Got our truck repaired here, then two weeks later a check engine light came on. So I called them and inform them on what was going on, One of the guys told me to bring it in and it will take care of it no problem, then I was happy with that. They told me that they might need to just reset the light or something and is not a big problem. Then without my authorization, they charged me another diagnostic fee and extra charges for looking at the truck when they said they were going to just reset the light. Then I showed up at their office and they had told me that they ran a diagnostic and pulled apart my truck without my approval. I originally brought in my truck to reset the lights that they had told me. In the end, The bill came out to be almost $ 1000 when it should’ve been zero. Don’t come here for any service. Every time I come, I feel like I’m getting robbed.

Took my truck there because it was stolen and recovered all destroyed inside and out. I thought that I was taking it to the best place possible and it ended up being a nightmare that lasted more than 2 months. The employees here, basically the «managers» and the ones «in charge» don’t know what they are doing. They have an internal conflict that affects the way the work as a whole. Starting from Tyler D. from the Body shop to Mike from the Service Depart and Alex also from the service Department, are all a whole bunch of liars and rude employees. You can definitely tell that they get paid by the hour. Since December 03, 2014 that my truck arrives to the shop it took them 1 week to find out were inside their shop the truck was located. No one knew where it was at. It took them another week, once they found it, to argue about who should start the work, whether it was going to be the body shop or service dept. Then, later I found out that they began to change stuff without even getting the appraisal from the insurance. Every time I called to find out how the truck was doing it took me 1 hour to finally get someone to answer the phone, once they answer it took a ton of lies and run around to get some information from them. They will keep telling me that they were working on my truck and when I would show up unexpected the truck would be parked outside and no signs of being worked on for days. I keep going and pointing out details that needed to get fixed because they never bother to inspect the truck to make sure everything was working correct. At the end they wouldn’t give me the truck until the insurances send them the payment even tho all I needed to pay was the deductible. Finally I picked up my truck on a Saturday and while driving I noticed a few more electric problems that weren’t fixed. Called them Monday and they told me that if I take it they weren’t able to even look at it until sometime next week because they were super busy and they didn’t have time for me. ??? Seriously? my truck was there for over 2 months, this should had been taken care of while it was there and once I wanted to take it back to get fixed they just totally ignored me and put me last in their priorities! I would never ever ever ever step a foot in that facility or any other Rush Truck Center because they are probably the same way. I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE THERE!

I bought an Isuzu dump truck from the center near Whittier California. I found it online spoke with the salesperson who stayed in touch with us on all the repairs and clean up that they were doing. I bought it and had them drive it to Nevada for pick up. I asked that the driver not go over 60 as I know these have gearing that should not really speed. upon meeting the driver I asked how it ran and he said great and that he was surprised that he never really went under 70. I took it and started driving back to Seattle. First thing that happened was some parts that were installed new by Rush Truck center fell off and locked up the back break almost catching the wheels on fire. I had that repaired and headed out. Go home and a week later after it is not running well took it in and was told that the Injector system was shot, there was no fluids in the rear end and it was burnt up, cam shaft sensor was not working or something like that. $ 6600 repair. Rush said… Pound sand!!!

Nice size service center, parts dept has a lot of Peterbilt merchandise if you have some extra cash to blow. They must be having growing pains, all the people seem new but they are friendly and work together. Rush phone system is ridiculous they route calls to different locations. Make sure you get a direct number.

I go just for the parts, have not experienced service so I can not comment on that. The parts selection is pretty good, although somewhat pricey. But then again, these are trucks and your not buying car parts.

BIG UPDATE! The manager of the Slauson location, John, came to the rescue! Although we had a bad experience due to the holidays and the finance company, John came in and helped us finish the purchase of our truck smoothly.
They even gave us credit in the parts department and a couple goodies!
All in all, we’re happy that they had the decency to not leave us unhappy even though the transaction was complete, they called us a few days later, apologized and gave us GREAT customer service, and our truck!

Been in here many times for service on one or another of our companies fleet of Petes. We bought 2 new rigs from them in ’10 and just purchased 2 more pending delivery. All in all, good staff and knowledgeable service department. Service has always been great at getting our trucks on line since I generally have to wait for them to fix whatever problem its in for.

Sooo this place has been around for a long time. I know I been coming here with my dad since I was a kid! Recently visited them because my dad will be purchasing a new Peterbilt for the business and I am super excited its like car shopping :) The staff is super friendly and the rep we are working Jodi Wagner is very informative making sure that we are happy with the truck we end up getting. Constantly keeping my dad posted either via phone or me via email! Glad we came here.
