I had several of my business vehicles serviced here for some oil changes. Upon checkout they advised that some of my vehicles needed some major work and that they can do it for me in which I respectfully declined. Well the cars I had serviced here had never been the same ever since, two of them keep idling and the check engine lights have lit since I serviced my vehicles here. I refuse to to believe that this is a coincidence and I do believe they did something to my vehicles in hopes of me coming back and paying them a couple thousand dollars for some mechanical issues that came about abruptly after taking them here. Needless to say I have a friend who is a mechanic and I am researching the potential problems and basically doing everything on my own because of the sense of deception. Bummer.

Went back to have some new tires mounted on some wheels. They did a great job. Planning on coming back.
Took my truck back for new ball joints, sway bar bushings, and end links. Getting the alignment done as I type this. Jason took care of me and kept me aware of the progress!

Well as I see the comments below and all the good things they say about this tire shop, I’m going to add one my self. This shop is freaken awesome!!! They are very honest and they give toy great prices. I have been talking all my company cars there to get some work done and tire service, and hands down very polite staff that understand your needs and your concerns. If you go to the shop ask for a guy named Jason or Diana those people always take care of your needs and always make sure you leave with a smile on your face. And if you’re reading this message Diana thank you so much for all the help and above you have given me about our cars. you have an extremely awesome staff.

I’m not a big Unilocaler, I usually only do if it’s great service or really bad. I felt today needed a review. The guys here were amazing. Jose and Jason rocked. I went in a little past my appointment time and they still serviced my car in a decent amount of time. I took my son with me and like a normal 3 year old he was being a bit chaotic. They made us feel comfortable and somehow were able to calm him and keep his distracted. Time went by fast, the office/​waiting room is pretty fresh and they have a tv. Prices are decent and not overpriced.

How can I put this. My first time was awesome. My second not so much so I had bad review but then something strange happened I had to go a 3rd and time and they were very helpful and even apologized for my previous terrible experience. I loved it the 3rd time. In and out in 20min literally. I would go again, I’m glad a business takes ownership in their mistakes and fix them. I would come here again. I definitely recommend them.

Came here to get my two front tires patches a few weeks ago.
Drove off and after a few blocks of driving my front drivers side tire came off. They forgot to put the tire back on properly!
I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone there excuse was that they got busy. No ones safety should be put at risk because you get busy.
My truck was damaged, I never day received a call from the owner with at least an apology or even a refund for the work they couldn’t execute safely. They are lucky I didn’t get into a car accident could’ve killed myself or someone else on the road due to their negligence!

I needed tons of work and fast! (New tires– mine were balding and thread exposed, an alignment– reason for the bad balding, brakes done, and an oil change…) They took care of all the major problems and even gave me advice on what issue to take car of next and which to hold off since I’ll be selling the car soon. Very friendly, super helpful. I didn’t feel pushed out or set to the side at all! They stuck to the time frame they told me they’d be finished… Kiki in the office was super accommodating, and Jason took very good care of my Crv! Oh, and jaw dropping prices… I felt like rushing out before they changed their minds. definitely making the drive from long beach to pico in the future

Came in for a flat was told they’ll have it ready in 10 – 15 minutes, only one car was on the rack and there were two technicians on the work site and It ended up being like a 35 minute waiting period.

Having to spend money on our family cars is usually very stressful but not this time. The staff here was very friendly and informative. They took their time to explain to me what my sons car needed and gave me options to choose from. The shop is clean and comfortable and the other customers there seemed happy and appeared to be repeat customers. I can see why, I will definitely be coming back

Been here a couple times with both my cars. It’s conveniently close to my residence. They are always quick and friendly. Today I went in for an oil change it took about 2hours!
I went in asked how long till my car could be serviced. Was told about 45min then I offered to come back with an appointment since I live so close. Then was told it would only be 20 minutes till they could get to my car. So I waited and waited. When they finally got to my car I wasn’t happy. I never complain but if I wanted to wait 2 hours for my car I would of went to Sears and got a full service done for the same price.
Not happy, I know the girl working there could tell. And she could see I had been there before, as a returning customer. At least a discount or discount off next time would of been nice.
There is a frame on the wall stating they want employees and customers to feel like family. Today I felt like I got ripped off by a mechanic.
Idk if they changed management. But the guy who used to be there all the time made sure everything went efficiently and everyone got treated well.

When ever my family and I need tires we go here. Good people who give the whys behind the things they sometimes aren’t able to do that day. They also offer solutions instead of shoulder shrugs
