History

Established in 2004.

Wireless Phone Booth started on a fold-​out card table with some small display cases! Through years of hard work filling customer’s needs and by providing a high level of customer satisfaction, we have been able to build a very loyal following of regular customers who have helped spread the word about our knowledge of cell phones, as well as our high level of integrity and our ‘above and beyond’ customer service. After being in a Kiosk for a couple years, WPB moved to it’s present storefront in central Phoenix in 2007. WPB was founded because a good alternative was not available from the large corporate stores that only offered contract plans and high priced phones, with little to no technical or repair support. WPB has bridged that gap by offering inexpensive high quality cell phones and reasonable monthly rate plans without contracts. Jeff has over 11 years of experience dealing with cell phones, and 20 years dealing with people, in terms of customer service and technical support! As someone who understands that people like to be treated the way he himself would like to be treated, Jeff will handle your concerns and transactions with honesty and the utmost concern for your desired outcome. His philosophies revolve around helping people, and reusing technology that’s still relevant and functional. He tries to pass that knowledge along to his co-​workers and strives to create an environment where our customers feel acknowledged, appreciated, and satisfied.
