I had nothing but problems with this business from coupon discounts to very slow and inaccurate lcd recycling.
I would not recommend using this company, just check the BBB reviews and complaints.

I’ve been goin to these Guy’s and Gals for years! I highly recommend them. I’m a complete klutz when it comes to dropping my phone they have always been fair and upfront whether they can fix it or not. I never have to be worried they are over charging me, They may get busy sometimes but they always make sure they take care of you ASAP! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Hello there, had quite an experience here. I came in for the first time because my partner gets all his samsung from here and never a problem. There service was absolutely horrible. There was three guys just kinda walking around and expecting the wonderful young lady In Trainning to do everything. Like they didn’t even want to make eye contact with me. God forbid work had to be done! Haha my goodness. We need to tighten up in our service area. To the young lady that seemed to be doing everything you rock and keep it up. :)

Fixed my daughters ipod touch in one hour for $ 25 dollars less then the best quote I got!

Took care of my broken screen quickly. I bought a replacement, attempted to install myself and broke the new screen! Brought the phone back and they replaced the screen on site. I was out of pocket for both screens, but obviously not Hookups fault. Good guys with good taste is music too!

I order something from the beginning of January. It took over a month for them to ship the item to me. but they told me that they don’t have all the things i order and tell me to wait 1 – 3 day. They not good at communicate with costumer. There fault because of shiping the packet late and dont even apologize

I wish I had read some of these bad reviews before I took my phone in for service. They waited on a part for a month before suggesting I take my phone somewhere else to have it fixed.

When I dropped off my phone, they took payment and told me it would be ready the next day. They never called. I tried to retrieve my phone several times but, they kept making excuses of why it’s not ready and how they were about to call me. I didn’t get my phone until two weeks later, because of my constant badgering. They didn’t even have the courtesy to return my money. Mistakes happen, but to continually lie to the customer is bad business.

Don’t go there! If you do don’t leave any item in their possession or you will never see it again! I called the police on them and am now gathering others to file class action. They lie and steal.

They had the part in stock and reasonable price. Don’t be scared of the place. Don’t expect a fancy place like a Apple store or a place in Scottsdale. Down to earth kind of people. Thanks

I cracked my iPhone 4s. Now I’m mechanically inclined and had heard of the horror stories to replace the front screen (glass) by myself. I did extensive research on both products and instructions. When searching eBay or amazon, there were way too many choices and prices. None really showed the end result which made me skeptical. I found Hookup locally and called for info. They answered as many questions as possible and even held the last red one for me. (now don’t flake on showing up if you ask them to hold one for you).
When I arrived, they had it waiting for me. I asked and got all of my questions answered. They even gave me a free accessory for checking in. I still planned on doing it myself. JJ did offer to do the installation for me (for a small fee) which I would have normally done. But I was insistent on doing it myself. He was very helpful and advised me to call or come in if I had any problems. Best customer service. Now they are busy, so if you call and ask a lot of questions, it might be best to just go in. 5 stars !!

I never write reviews, but I really thought if I start, give a review to this place. I’ve been going here for about a year now and never been let down. They’ve fixed everything for me with a reasonable price and I’ve never had to go back for the same thing. The main guy is super nice and knows his usual customers and always helps me out. I would and do recommend HookUp Cellular. and keep in note; I live in East Mesa, it takes almost an hour to get here and I still continue to go here. I wouldn’t trust my phone with anyone else!

Bad business all around. They ruined my phone then were rude to me and I had to threaten to report them in order for them to offer me my money back. Hell, they should have replaced my phone considering they broke it. The way they conducted business with me was awful and they will probably be out of business sooner than later. This place is not worth it. There are many other places to get the same repairs done for the same price but that are much more professional and skilled at what they are doing. If you chose to go here, don’t say I didn’t warn you.

These guys are freakin awesome!!! i purchased a blackberry torch unlocked or simple mobile here and got a pretty sweet deal, i then got a htc windows phone and got it converted to android and at first i had a bit of an issue with the change so i took it back and jason addressed the problem ! great service and great turn around, also they offer some pretty neet cases for iphones all my friends go here to get the cases swapped out! one word of advice though pay real close attention when jason is speaking !! that mofo talks so damn fast!!!

Awesome service that saved me lots of money.
Ever since I bought an iphone the major issue has been repairs and cracked screens. I initially went to the Apple and AT&T store nearby told them I had insurance on my phone. They both quoted me at $ 100.00 plus. I called around and eventually went to Hookup. They were able to fix my iphone, ipad, and my sisters phone (she has a Samsung). Every time I have went the price is way less than I expect to pay. The service is fast, friendly, and the lowest price.
They even were able to get me iphone stock headphones and usb cord for a great price. They sell phones, ipads, etc. for awesome prices. Additionally, some of the other employees were able to give me advice on purchasing software, laptops, and cellular service.
Don’t waste your time calling AT&T or Apple go to Hookup and ask for JJ.

Had an issue with my iPhone 4 on constant reboot loop. I called them and explained the problems that I was experiencing. They were sure they could get it fixed. I dropped it off to them and within a few hours they had the issue figured out. By the evening I received the call that it was up and running again. I also have to let you know all this was done on a Saturday with same day service. I would def go back to these guys again!!!

My daughter broke her iPhone (again) and we were able to get the front and back glass replaced here for $ 120. When I called the Apple store they quoted me at $ 199 and were only able to do black or white whereas these guys had a number of different colors available and only took about 45mins to do the repair.

I had a crack in my screen glass and went here for a replacement. After glue was visible in the top corner, dust was covering the screen under the glass, and the screen did not fully cover the bottom. That led to the touch screen to stop working due to all the debris that got under the glass. Stay away from this place, unless you want your phone ruined..

Bad service bad experience went to get a home button replaced for my iphone4 worked for a minute he wouldn’t give me a refund and the staff was rude would never recommend this place to anyone jay was rude and told me to sell my iPhone on eBay for parts! Wth
