Tony’s Auto Service Center has been providing complete car care in Phoenix for over 50 years. We are a family-​owned business delivering honest, professional, reliable and courteous automotive repair and maintenance services on all makes and models, foreign and domestic .

Throughout Tony’s history we have seen monumental technological advances, such as electronic steering, continuously variable transmissions and hybrid vehicle technology, to name a few. Our technicians attend training classes throughout the year to stay up-​to-​date in these areas.

Tony’s has been awarded the AAA Top Shop Award for many years! Criteria includes quality of staff, number of ASE certified employees, customer satisfaction ratings, community service, awards and recognition.

Tony’s was the 2013 winner of the Better Business Bureau’s award of Ethics. Businesses of all types and sizes were nominated from all over the state. Tony’s Auto is proud to have been the 2013 winner for our size business.

I have worked at Tony’s since 1997. My experience is a little different than most since I am Tony’s sister. We were raised by parents that instilled unquestionable ethics and morals almost to the point of making money hard when doing business. Ethics is shown in so many forms and for me it has been in the compassion and honesty that is shown to all customers, employees and our community. For us ethics is not a challenge but the only way we conduct business.

I started as the bookkeeper and worked my way up to general Manager of the shop.

When I moved up the ranks and Tony spent less time in the shop, I became the customer advocate. Tony wanted me to always put myself in the customers shoes when any type of concern or issue arose and to think ahead before a job is sold to recheck pricing and possible warranty issues. I am a difficult customer to please sometimes as I expect as good as I give when it comes to service, professionalism and quality.
