Jason came out to check out an issue with my hot water heater. Turns out, the pilot wasn’t lit — yeah, seriously… he gave very sound advice on what he would do were it his home, considering the age and quality of the water heater (old, but reliable and top quality) and even though he could have made a lot of money off of me, he advised me against any action that wasn’t necessary. He took a look at a few other minor plumbing issues and gave me the cost of repair/​replacement, but advised since they were still working fine, he would wait until they actually legitimately needed repair since the costs were high. Due to this integrity and professionalism, I will only trust Tinker Plumbing in the future. I was impressed with Renae who handled the appointment, sending a plumber out right away, and I was pleased to not be taken advantage of despite my plumbing ignorance. Highly recommend.

I love the fact that they call ahead of time. They even called me this morning to see if I was available earlier. Jason came out, removed my old hot water heater and installed the new one. After he was done, he took the time to answer all my questions. Eventually I would like to run a gas line to my outside patio. Tinker Plumbing will be the first and only company I call. :)

Super cool company. My mom’s garbage disposal needed to be repaired. Tinker Plumbing wasn’t the lowest bid, but they came on time, explained everything clearly, found and fixed the problem, and cleaned up after.

Jason was so professional. I can’t say enough about how quickly and professionally he got the job done. I called another drain cleaning company, but they wouldn’t even quote me over the phone. Tinker Plumbing was great from start to finish!!!

The new garbage disposal Jason installed works great. I just scheduled a camera inspection on my sewer line for next Thursday. This is my new favorite plumbing company!

We called New Years day thinking we would have to wait until Monday, but a plumber came out at 8:00PM that night and to clean out our sewer line, With company coming over Sunday I could not ask for better service. I would recommend Tinker Plumbing to anyone that needs and expert in sewer line or drain cleaning. On top of doing an excellent job they never charged me any additional money for coming out that late.

My sewer lines backed up on a Saturday. I called Tinker Plumbing and they had a drain cleaning technician out within 2 hours even though I had never used them before. The plumber cleaned the drains and took extra care to make sure they were completely clear. He cleaned everything up when he was finished. I used another sewer clean out company before but the Tinker Plumbing tech did a much better job making sure the lines were totally clear. I thought the price was high but I know part of that was because it was the weekend.

First — I narrowed my selection to three highly rated drain cleaning companies including Tinker Plumbing. I called all three the night before (around 10 PM) the service date and left messages. Tinker Plumbing was the first to call me back in the morning (around 9 AM), so I scheduled with them. I asked about pricing, and was told the sewer cleaning tech would provide that when he arrived.
Ken arrived in the scheduled window. He quoted me a minimum price based on time immediately. I don’t know why the person scheduling could not have done this.
It took about 10 minutes to resolve our issue. Ken then asked if I wanted to send a camera in the line to see what the possible cause was. I declined but would happily call them back if any sewer line repairs needed to be done in the future.

I called this place because a former neighbor recommended them. I called late afternoon in a panic when my hot water heater stopped working. Of course I had family flying in the next afternoon making the matter more inconvenient! Someone was able to come the very next morning to check out and fix the problem. He was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and was able to fix the heater before my family arrived. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

They were late but they did a good job once they got here. Jason did a great job installing out new hot water heater. I set a special time on a special day because I wanted to make sure I was home while the plumber was here. They were late, but its not a huge thing and I will use them again.

They installed a tankless water heater, installed a water softener, pressure assist pump install, installed garbage disposal in bar sink, installed bar sink and fixtures, run drain lines for sink and ice maker for bar install. All of the work was done quickly and exactly how I wanted it. This is why I have used Tinker Plumbing over and over

They arrived on time and introduced themselves to me and our dog. They looked and the problem and let me know what they would need to do and gave me an estimate
They left to get parts as my bath/​shower is 30 years old and standard plumbing parts won’t fit. We had already discovered this ourselves. They returned in a timely fashion and replaced the parts and tested them. They brought down all the packaging and old parts and gave them to me.
After completing everything they prepared my statement and the cost was right along with the original plumbing estimate. Both plumbers professional and cheerful. I would not hesitate to call them again or to recommend them.

The plumber was prompt and thorough. He checked the plumbing throughout my place. He repaired one of the non working toilets. He also flushed out the water heater and inspected all faucets and drains. He gave a written summary of what plumbing work needed to be done and made helpful suggestions. He did his job well and I have no complaints.

The plumbers showed up in allotted service window. Drained and removed old water heater with care in containing water drainage. Then installed new water heater.
Jason answered all of my inquiries and engaged in friendly conversation on all things plumbing. Jason and the other plumbing tech are great guys doing good work. Would highly recommend this company.

Sunday emergency plumbing call — they called back within 5 minutes. Garbage disposal stopped working. Jason gave great advice on needed next steps (told me that I should go get our maintenance people as opposed to calling a plumber on my own) and I will call them again when we need help.

Jason showed up on time about 24 hours after I first called him (perfectly reasonable). He made one trip to home depot to get some plumbing supplies and to buy the water heater that I had installed. He only charged me the cost of these items and didn’t increase the cost of the installation deal. It took about 2 hours to install the water heater heater and he made improvements to the plumbing going in and coming out of the unit. He checked that it worked before he left and guaranteed his work. Everything is fine so far (one week later). I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

Had water coming out of the floor drain. Called to get a plumber to come out on Monday morning at 9:58a. At first they said the were full for the day but after I explained my emergency they rearrange a few things and said how does today between 10 – 12 work. Perfect. Jason, was extremely friendly and efficient. He snaked the drain in 30 minutes and was done in an hour total. Best plumbers around.

I started to replace a shower faucet, only to find out I didn’t have the correct tools to finish the job. It was about 4:30 PM on Friday afternoon when I called. The plumber arrived within about 45 minutes of my call.
They were very courteous and professional. The old faucet cartridge was removed in a few minutes using the correct tool and reassembled with the parts that I had purchased. There was no attempt to upsell and the rate was very reasonable. I decided to have them look at a leaking vacuum breaker on my sprinkler system and they also fixed that.
I will definitely call them again the next time that I need a plumber.

So, I got a phone call from my roommate when I was out of town, stating there was water on the ground and the water heater was leaking. Since it was a weekend and I did not know how serious it was, I decided to contact an emergency plumbing service.
I already knew there would be issues, because my leaking water heater was installed before I moved in. Tinker Plumbing had the job completed by that Monday. So happy!

I called Wednesday morning and Jason came later that afternoon around 2:00. He was terrific. I had saved up 8 minor plumbing issues, and thought of one more when he was here. All solved. Ranged from a leaky outdoor faucet, clogged outdoor drain, toilet making weird loud noises when flushed, leak in a basement pipe, water filter needed replacement… He retrofitted one piece so it would last a little longer before more invasive work. Jason was amazing! I could not have more pleased from the quick response to the quality of the work and Jason will be on my speed dial from now on. Even my dog who doesn’t like strangers thought he was great.
