Strum University opened its doors in May of 2015, but its talented instructors are certainly not new to teaching. Nick Jensen, the founder and head guitar instructor, has been teaching privately for over 10 years.

Business Owner

Nick Jensen has been sharing his love of music with students since 2006. Since this time, he has taught over 10,000 lessons and helped hundreds of students achieve their musical goals. Besides maintaining a full roster of budding rock stars, Nick is also the Praise and Worship Leader at Desert Foothills Lutheran Church, where he leads a contemporary praise band every Sunday. You can also find him playing out locally in the Phoenix area almost every weekend. Through his many years of performing and teaching, Nick has developed a passion for teaching music and helping students tap into their inner rock stars!
