Rick totally wasted my times — multiple times. I called and made an appointment and scheduled myself to be available — he no showed no called. I called him half hour after he was supposed to be here and he said he had forgotten. Rick then said he would come later in the day — he didn’t. I called again to see when he could come and he said he needed to check his schedule and would call me back in a half hour — he didn’t. I made two other calls and they went right to voice-​mail. For shits and giggles, I called 5 seconds after my last call and *69’d my call to block my number so he couldn’t see it was me; guess what, he picked up. Again, Rick just totally wasted my time with this unprofessional runaround and delayed the fixing of my issue just that much more.
07-​09-​2014 All of the aforementioned is accurate and you never bothered to apologize and that’s just a lie most likely to cover your tracks years later. I’m always insulted by half-​hearted half-​truthed apologies that really aren’t apologies at all even more than the original faux pas.

My Family has been using Rick’s Pool Care since 2009. Rick’s has over exceeded our expectations for our pool cleaning needs. We have also utilized his expert knowledge of repairs when we need to have a new filter installed on my pool. I would never use any other company. My Pool is always clear and sparkling money well spent on Rick’s Pool Care.

When we first moved into our home, we kept the pool guy that had been keeping up the pool before the house was sold to us. After awhile, our pool started turning green. He’d treat it, and then it was green again. This went on for weeks, so we had to let him go.
My hubby found Rick’s Pool Care on Google, Rick came in and fixed our green pool in a day. That was over a year ago, and Rick still treats our pool. I recommend him to anyone who is frustrated with people who only know how to pull the leaves from the bottom of your pool. Rick knows what he is doing, and he has the training to back it up. Don’t waste your money, call him now and fix that ugly pool of yours.

Rick has been a pleasure to work with. Our inground spa needed it’s heater fixed and Rick went the extra mile looking for spare parts. He stays in touch well via cell phone and email with expected timelines, etc. His pricing is very competitive and he even provided us with some helpful tips (as we are new pool owners). We will definitely be working with Rick again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
