Erin Woodford RN, BSN and reVive Medical Aesthetics joined forces with Madison Avenue Salon & Day Spa in September 2014. Since then clients of both businesses have been treated to the convenience of the «every service under one roof» philosophy of Madison Avenue Owner Sean Larusso.

Erin Woodford RN, BSN graduated from ASU in 1998. Her areas of nursing expertise include CVICU, Emergency and Aesthetics. She was born and raised in the southeast valley of Arizona. Today she resides in Gilbert with her husband, two children and two dogs.

I absolutely LOVE Revive Medical Aesthetics and have been eagerly recommending Erin to my friends and family. I’ve been a patient for about a year and the results I’ve gotten are awesome! I look younger than I did 5 years ago but my face isn’t frozen or plastic looking!
Erin is a true professional and an expert in medical aesthetics. She attends continuing education seminars to stay current with new products and procedures and works closely with pharmaceutical providers to ensure that she is providing her patients with the most customized solutions for their particular skin issues. She takes her time during each visit to ensure she understands her patient’s concerns and expectations. She explains what each product does and the potential risks, has lots of before/​after pictures, and will give you a realistic idea of what your individual results will be. If she’s doesn’t think that what you’re asking for is safe or will look good she won’t do it. She also won’t pump you full of product that you don’t need. Because Erin takes so much time with evaluating her patient’s needs the results are natural, subtle, and pretty.
I’ve been to quite a few medical aesthetics providers both in the Phoenix metro are and in LA — Erin is hands down the best of the best.
