THE ABSOLUTE WORST WINDOW COMPANY IN PHOENIX!
I live out of state & needed a dual pane window replaced. They came out, took the plexiglass out that my son had installed on his own, replaced JUST THE GLASS with one pane of glass & made an incredible mess. I had asked for a window replacement, if you have a dual pane window, that should mean to replace the entire window & frame. I have attempted many times to contact the owner, he stated he would order the window for me & replace it with no labor charge… still waiting since August-​September 2015… do not use this horrible company for any glass or window needs!!!

I highly recommend these guys. They arrive when they say they will and if they are going to be late, they call you and let you know. I needed to get three windows repaired. Two of them they banged out quickly and professionally. The other was a dual-​pane in a door that is pretty much considered an antique — heck, it’s only 40 years old. Anyway, because of the design of the door, they were unable to replace the window. Did they charge me for the window they built to put in the door? Heck no. Not only that, but they gave me some leads on the manufacturer and some tips on what I can do to solve that problem.
Oh, and unlike another window company that was recommended to me, they came out and did estimates on all the windows, free of charge. Their technicians were all polite, professional, courteous and hard workers.

DO NOT USE REM AD WINDOW REPAIR!!!
I called Rem AD for a quote before I even considered using them. They sent an employee to acess the damage while I was at work (no one was home).
While I was at work they replaced the window WITHOUT my permission and charged me an unfair price.
Bottom line, I asked for a quote, and with no authority or permission REM AD decided to complete the service and charge me. After disputing the charge, they forwarded me to a debt collection agency.
BAD BUSINESS, BEWARE.

Selling our Pulte home after 21 years in Chandler. Home inspector did exactly what Pulte told us not to do — pulled three BetterBilt windows by the center post to open, then wrote them up as broken. Several calls to other companies found folks now out of business, or wanting to replace the entire frame. Rem A D answered the phone, sent a tech within a couple days (and he arrived before scheduled, called twice to confirm when he could get here), inspected and reseated the frames on two of the windows, and said the third was fine. Honest, capable, no nonsense, and not too small a job to be interested. I just called my general contractor to recommend these guys for future reference, they were that good.

Replaced a small insulated window that had a damaged seal. Service was prompt and professional. I would use them again.

I had a great experience with this company! I called because 1 of the triangles on the large rounded window above our door was broken. They came out in about an hour and got right to work. Thankfully I had a ladder he could use otherwise he would’ve had to reschedule me. I can’t remember why he said he didn’t have one. He ended up having to cut a piece of triangular glass matching the broken one on-​site because he didn’t have one on his truck. After a little over an hour he was done and we have no more broken glass. Happy with the results!

Debbie returned my message promptly and offered a very good price to fix the rollers on my patio sliding glass door. Mark arrived early in the a.m., and spent plenty of time making adjustments to the previously-​messed-​with-​by-​someone 1991 doors/​tracks which had settled over time. Also gave us some good tips for future maintenance. This company is great, I highly recommend them.

We had a crack in a dual pane window and they were able to just replace the affected pieces — saving us from having to replace the whole window. Service was timely and friendly– overall had a great experience. The window looks perfect and we would use them again without hesitation.

I used Rem AD to replace one window last year. They were the only company that would replace only one window. The job was done on time and was reasonably priced. The two gentlemen that came out to do the work took great care to leave no trace of their visit.
I was very pleased with their service, quality of work and price. I will definitely consider them when it comes time to replace all the windows in my home.

I am a Realtor and this company took great care of my buyers, 5 fogged window replacements were part of the buyers repair requests and Rem A D always did what they said they would do. I will be using them again soon.

I was calling around looking for someone to come out and fix my sliding glass door that leads out to the patio. The bottom track that the rollers go on had broken due to wear and tear. I first contacted a company that quoted me $ 265.00 to repair the door and they would not be able to come out for another week. I then tried K & J Windows due to their 5 star Unilocal rating. The nice woman and K & J explained that they do not handle repairs and referred me to Rem A D. I contact Rem A D and believe I spoke to Debbie who was very polite and professional. She said she could have someone out there the same afternoon to take a look at the door. She was upfront and stated that they may have to order parts so I wouldn’t hear back from her until the following morning with a quote.
Within the hour Alberto was contacting my girlfriend who was at the house. He stated that he was around the corner and could be by in a couple minutes. Alberto diagnosed the problem and quoted us $ 155.00 to fix it right then and there. He was able to replace the track within a hour and was out the door. The door works perfect and we couldn’t be happier with the exceptionally quick and courteous service we received from Rem A D.
I highly recommended giving them a call first if you need any repairs completed on your sliding glass door.

I called in to have rollers replaced on a large patio door that had become difficult to open and close. I spoke with Debbie who provided great customer service. The door works great after the roller replacement and Rem AD had the best rates as well! Will be using them for all future window repair needs.

I first called Rem A D when I wanted to change out some really ugly nasty glass (circa 1971) in a bathroom. I had already had a very unpleasant and expensive experience with another glass company and saw a coupon for Rem AD and decided to give them a try. They were great over the phone going over the different styles of safety glass I could choose from that were tempered and not a fortune. They were on time, reasonably priced and they cleaned up after themselves. (the previous company I used had managed to leave a trail of broken glass across my property) I have since had them out several times to replace all of my screens and to fix a sliding glass door.
