Run from these aholes, broke ass truck, broke ass dolly, no tools, wrapping dirty as shit, this company is a fing joke. Guys were good for the shit this owner gave them, feel sorry for those guys. 93 dollars for fuel, tried to say the started at 12 weren’t here till almost 1, were suppose to be here between 8 and 10. Short story hire a real clean company and stay away from this douche bag place and save your self the headache. I had to help these poor guys move because their broke ass owner gave them no tools and shitrlty equipment and an ancient ass truck. Ask me for my opinion said your company sucks, but your guys are great, hope this place goes under, run Forest run. Hung up on his ass and bit the bullet never ever ever ever hire this shit hole. Warning! Do not trust or use this service! I had them schedule a month out, called three times to confirm. They did not show on time and when I called they said they had rescheduled me. I called several times and they screened my calls! Poor Organization! NOT trustworthy! I went with All N All Movers… Excellent, on time, courteous, and less expensive!

Do NOT use this company!!! They have no concept of customer service. I had issue with the fact they were 4 hours late to my appointment… and they basically told me to use another service! Got the run around and they lied as to why they could not make it in time. The owners should be embarrassed for running a terrible business!

Avoid this company!!! They are a joke! Had a 12:00 appointment. At 4:00, still a no show! When I called dispatch to complain I was told I had an attitude! Very unprofessional. Not a legitimate company! Do Not Use this sad Company .You will be disappointed… I would give a negative star rating if I could.

Nov. 4^th 2015, I called the owner ahead of time to discuss his bad reviews .
He promised me that they would do a good job and fast. So because I was trying
to save money I used them. big mistake.
They were fast, but when the job was done I looked on the truck only blanket
were left, and went thru the apt, boxes everywhere, but I thought everything seemed
ok, so I signed off on my furniture etc., was delivered and not damaged.
I walked back into the apt., and noticed the glass that goes into my coffee table
was missing, I went back out caught the truck, and the looked on the truck said it
was not there. They said they left it at the old apt., and for me to check. I went
back to check not there. They said they did not know where it was. I know they broke it and lied. I had tipped Marcus and the other mover $ 60. I called the owner he said because I signed off that everything was ok, he could not do much. He told me he would have them return the tip, that never happened. He then said he fired them because he thought they were lying and broke it. Then he changed his story and send he suspended them for5 days, all lies. So now I will spend a lot of money getting the coffee table and they lied and did nothing about it. They are members of the Better Business Bureau which I plan on contacting. They lie so easy and could care less. So Fair warning dont try to save a buck, because they do a fast move but
not cant be trusted with your furniture and belongings.

One star is an exaggeration. I am posting this review after a month of time has passed, and I have been sitting here, really pissed the whole time.
Let me start off by saying that the crew members were nice. We bought lunch for all four people plus ourselves which totaled over 50 dollars from Burger King — no big deal, right?
The total cost of the move was 6 hours and 495 dollars, and it was supposed to be a three hour move, which should have been less than three hundred dollars.
They broke a dresser, and when originally confronted about it, they said it was broken to start (nice scapegoat). Needless to say, it wasn’t.
They said, «Please don’t take apart your furniture. Let us take it apart, because if we do it, we will know how to put it back together again.» That’s bullshit. Every single piece of furniture was not put back correctly, including the stripping of the screws in my sons crib… Including the use of long screws in the wrong places on my sons climber to where they stuck out by TWO INCHES. Aka huge effing toddler hazard. Even bed frames weren’t put back together correctly. I mean, COME ON.
To make matters MUCH worse, I contacted the «owner» of this decrepit business, who then told me that I was in the wrong for not having called him while they were still there. That I was on a recorded line, and «clearly lying». It’s pretty easy to see, after all of these terrible reviews, that hiring this company is the first thing I did wrong.
He said he would fix the dresser, and call me back in a week… It’s three weeks later, almost four. I’m pretty sure he won’t be contacting me back.
This is one of the most ridiculous things that I have ever seen, much less been a victim of.
Oh, and needless to say, they operate with at least two different names, so these reviews will go unseen by the people who should be reading them.
So glad I am done with the move, but and insanely poor choice was made on my behalf, by hiring this piece of shit company.

I needed 4 pieces of furniture moved from my mom’s house (first stop) to mine, and then I also needed one very large/​heavy armoire moved from upstairs to downstairs at my house (second stop.). I purchased their LivingSocial deal after speaking to their office, and I was informed that my 2 hours started from their office, which is about 25 miles from my first stop. I think that’s a little odd, but I agreed. I asked about any additional charges, and I was told it would be an extra $ 25 for stairs and any time past my 2 hours would be billed at $ 80/​hr.
They were able to get me scheduled within 2 days, and gave me an appointment time from 12 – 2. I called at 10am the day of the move to confirm we were on schedule, and they said yes. However, the mover called me back at noon to say their first move was running behind and to expect them at my first location closer to 2pm.
At about 2:30, the mover called me back to say they were just leaving Avondale and headed my way (North Scottsdale). I was a little irritated that I agreed to «start the clock» from their office, but they were coming from more than 40 miles away and two hours late so far. It took them about 50 minutes to arrive. We had everything ready to be loaded in their truck, and it only took them about 10 minutes. They used shrink wrap on everything for protection.
They arrived at my second location (15 miles away) at about 4pm, so I was expecting to have to pay for a third hour. However, they got my armoire moved downstairs in about 15 minutes and it took less than 15 minutes to unload the 4 items from their truck.
So we made it, and I was a happy camper. The only extra charge I received was the $ 25 for the stairs as we’d discussed. My two movers, Marcus and Jesus, were quick, polite, professional, and friendly. I was extremely pleased with the service they provided. I did try to be as prepared as possible, and I didn’t have a whole house to move (no boxes, etc.) so the Living Social deal worked out just fine for me.

DO NOT BUY THE LIVING SOCIAL DEAL! PLEASE!!! THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM.
Now that I am finished yelling, let me tell why. After purchasing the living social deal Monday (this week), i called number specified, no answer so I left a message, about the purchase/​scheduling and to please call back. This was around 10:30 am. Tuesday around 11 am, no call back still, I gave them a call. Lamar/​Omar (something like that) answered the phone and I tell him I purchased the deal. immediately he let our a huge sigh and asked me why i did that. He informed me that people usually call and that i should of not purchased the deal. I said back to him that there was nothing listed that said call first, so why would I. He sighed again and asked me when I would like to move. I said this weekend coming up preferably but I was flexible because I have some time. Obviously flustered he said he didn’t have any openings for the living social deal. I then asked well when he could, he said Sunday. BUT WAIT THERE“S MORE! He then switched it up after saying he could do Sunday, which I was perfectly fine with, to he had no openings at all… NOT EVEN THAT SUNDAY HE JUST OFFERED… IT GETS BETTER. He really switched it up and told me the could actually get me for a special deal of $ 44 an hour. At this point, i asked him what he meant. Was he implying that he can’t fit living social in but wanted me to pay. After that I flat out told him he makes no sense and was the deal false advertising and a hook. YET AGAIN, obvious irritated, interrupted me and asked to call me back because he was having «connection issues» I said fine and he asked to use the call ID number, sure. So here we are a day and a half and I have not heard from Mr. Lamar/​Omar… WHATEVER
ANYWAY, I immediately filed for a refund after the call. There was no way I was going to keep it. AND just because Mr. whatever his name was shady, I tried to call Living social to make a complaint but after being on hold for like 20 minutes, it was suddenly closed for the remainder of the day… WHATEVER AGAIN.
So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS DEAL, PLEASE!

Absolutely horrible. Garbage. No concept of how to run a business and extremely unorganized. I booked a Sunday morning appointment of 8−10am, and said I will call to reschedule for Friday if need be, otherwise Sunday it is. Sunday morning and 10 rolled around, no movers. Call in and find out they assumed we didn’t need them because we didn’t call to switch to Friday. They said someone will be there between 12 – 2. 230 no movers, I call back and they said no one is available and they can’t promise it will be done today. They tried to schedule a tentative appointment later today (apparently no trucks are available) for FULL price rather than the original quoted discount price. This company had cancelled our 12 – 2 appointment and had no intention of showing up. Do not bother or waste your time with this completely unreliable company.

I purchased a Living Social deal that was 2 movers for 2 hours with 1 van. When I called to redeem, Lamar advised I should have called ahead to speak with someone first. The time starts from when the movers leave THEIR location, so you really only get 1 – 1.5 hours of moving time. In addition, they require your larger items to be shrink wrapped by them, which is an additional $ 45 dollars. I asked him why this wasn’t advertised on the deal, and he said I whould have called first. I immediately requested a refund. Wish I would have looked at their reviews before purchasing.

I wish I could give them 0 stars! The worst moving company EVER! The manager is rude, low class, liar and unreliable. They changed the price for extra hours the day before our move! They were supposed to show up between 12−2pm. After 7 times calling them and having to deal with the manager and hearing him lie and wanting to cancel on us, he finally sent his movers at 6:30pm. Now imagine packing everything and waiting around from 12 to 6:30pm. It isn’t all yet! After they showed up he called and said he is gonna take off 45 min of hour moving time since his crew had to come from a job farther than company’s area. This was the highlight after our long wait. Long story short, worst company you can ever trust! It was my responsibility to WARN you!

I’d like to start off by stating I did NOT end up using this company, so my review is not based on their performance. My review is solely on the customer service while ATTEMPTING to use their company.
I purchased a Living Social deal. The deal was 2 hours, 2 movers and a truck for $ 84. I called to make a reservation in which I spoke to Lamar. Told him I needed movers for a certain date and I have the Living Social voucher. Right away he asked «did you already buy it?» I said yes. He then said he’ll call me right back. About 10 mins later he called back and asked again if I had already purchased it. I said yes. Then he sounded disappointed and asked if I knew how it works. Long story short, here’s the «fine print» that was given to me:
1) They start timing once they leave their building and that alone is 45mins to an hour right there (mind you, I haven’t even said where I’m located)
2) They will then complete the job and total the hours and take off $ 84. I didn’t understand this, so I asked if the job takes 3 hours total, my voucher is good for 2 hours, so I should pay an additional hour. He said no. Only $ 84 off, and their regular charge is $ 84/​hour already. So I asked if that meant the living social deal is only really good for 1 hour? He said yes because they start timing from when they leave their building. (Again, he still has no idea where I’m located)
We went back and forth a bit and he asked how long ago I purchased my voucher because they will give me refund if it’s been less than 7days and to get my money back and then call him back so he can give me a «better deal».
Yeah no thanks. I called Living Social and explained the situation and she was happy to give my money back (even though it was well over 7days) after she heard how shady this company is being.

I used these people back in August of 2013. I am just going through paperwork and I found my letter to the attorney general that I wrote about them. I was quoted a price over the phone and when they moved me they charged me over 100.00 more. They put on the invoice they had to pack boxes which was a lie and they scratched out the time on their copy that the ended when I questioned the extra time. I faxed over my copy and the copy they had and you can clearly see where the fixed it on their receipt. I dealt with a guy name Lamar over there who writes a letter like a 5 year old. They offered me a 20.00 gift card to make up for the trouble and guess what I never saw it. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Stay away from these «movers». They could care less about your stuff! ½ my stuff has some form of damage that I didn’t catch until after they left. Cheap, yes. On time, yes. But worth the damage to my stuff? NO!!! Run, don’t walk away from this joke of a company!

Be very careful. I used this company because they said they specialized in piano moving and I had a piano. First they were suppose to come between 12 & 2, showed up at 4:30. They did not have a dolly or any blankets to protect anything. I asked them if they were sure they were capable of moving my piano, it was my husbands from childhood and my husband has passed away so I told them how important it was to me. They reassured me it would be fine, they do it all the time. They ended up not only damaging my piano by breaking all 3 pedals off, they put a huge hole in my travertine floor, damaged my buffet and did not put my desk together with any of the screws, they just set it up and said it was together, of course once I had to move it a little I saw all the screws were gone — they must have thrown them away. To end the night I had to sign that I had gone through the truck and nothing was left in there. I told them I had to go look and make sure it was all out. This is when they suddenly «remembered» that my TV was in the back of the cab! I hope people will look here before using them. Word of mouth can make up for any advertising they try and do. It does not surprise me that someone else was stolen from. They wanted to come pick my piano up and take it to a repair place — that was a scam to get my piano out and be done. I explained that you don’t move a piano unless absolutely necessary and my piano tuner came out removed the pedals took them to be welded and only charged me 140.00 — a steal for them because he did it as a favor for me because I was so saddened over the piano. They would not pay the 140.00! I did not even ask for any of the other damage, just wanted to get the piano paid for and be done with them. NEVER USE THEM, YOU WILL BE SORRY — Because they are so dishonest they also know every scam possible. If you have used them call 3 on your side, with Gary Harper to expose them!

At first I thought these guys were cool, but when I checked my drawer full of contraceptives and it was almost empty after being full I was HEATED! How do you steal condoms and tongue vibrators from someone? I paid over $ 200 bucks to be burglarized? Horrible, slow, lazy, disrespectful movers! Glad I took pictures and have a webcam set up in my room… Taking this to a lawyer!

My roommate and I used these guys last weekend and they were great! It was really stressful because we didn’t call movers until about 3 days before our move (we moved on Saturday and started looking on Wednesday), but we found these guys on Unilocal and of all the movers we found on Unilocal they were the first to call back. The lady that booked our job Hala was nice, a little hard to understand on the phone — maybe the reception was bad? They were good though and the movers we had came really promptly, we were told they would be here between 12 and 2 and they called about a half hour early and got there right on time. Our movers were Mel and I think the other guy’s name is Spencer — I am not positive if that was his name, but he’s the guy that works for Aztec care as his other job. They were so great! They were really nice and friendly and I felt bad for them because our furniture is all huge and sure was a ton to move. They were even nice enough to help us take out our trash and stuff, and disassemble the bed/​put it back together, take curtain rods off the walls, and more. I feel like these guys are totally underpaid based on what I know about moving companies costs and the actual pay they get — such hard work they really should get paid more! Anyways, great movers and I would definitely call these two again next time I need to move! They sure kicked butt with our stairs! The only reason I made it 4 instead of 5 stars is because I didn’t think Hala was especially friendly when I asked if they had a Unilocal special or something, she kept telling me their rate was already at a special but something about the all caps she used in her texts rubbed me the wrong way. Also, the movers seemed to be a little inexperienced with the company too — I’m not sure what their experience is outside of the company, but they seem to hire their guys as just like once in a while jobs instead of having the same ones permanently. It could have just been those two.
