Literally the BEST movers ever.
They helped us moved in to our new apartment today. Don and Tom were professional, respectful, efficient, and fast! We have used a lot of other movers, but these guys were the best of them all! Not to mention, affordable! They are also dog lovers! Would definitely recommend them!!! Amazing service!

These guys were absolutely amazing. We have moved a couple times since moving to Phoenix, and by far, they were the absolute best we’ve dealt with so far. They were on-​time, they worked quickly, but carefully, and they were super friendly, which seems like it’s hard to find in that industry. The next time we move, there’s not doubt we’d use these guys again.

Don and Tom showed up on time. They treated my belongings very well. They were very courteous. They moved none stop. I could not have been more pleased with them!

I couldn’t be happier with the way this company performed. They arrived on time, went right to work, and did a great job. I chose the hourly rate, and was surprised when they jogged back to get another load. They were efficient, polite, careful, and very professional. Excellent job, Thomas and Don.

Second move in a year. Called last minute, on a Wednesday, and they accommodated a move for that Monday. They even made the trip to drop off stuff in storage before heading to my new house. Like the last time, they were on time and moved my stuff in two hours. My stuff isn’t exceptionally heavy or expensive, but they took care in loading and unloading so nothing was damaged. Friendly folks too!

Frontier helped us move twice within a short period of time — from our home and into temporary storage, and then into our newly remodeled home. They provided reliable, professional service. They were friendly, hard working professionals who treated my belongings with care. They gave us an honest, fair pricing; and worked non-​stop until the job was complete. The guys were great — very friendly and helpful. I moved from a shipping unit/​pod facility to Scottsdale. They arrived to the location on time and worked efficiently. They took care with my things. Pricing was very straightforward and there were no strange flat-​screen or stair fees. If only I had been able to hire them for my move in Chicago… needless to say I’d hire them again in AZ.
Also, I had no trouble with customer service. I called to make my appointment and the woman who took it was very nice professional. She called the day before the move to confirm and check my contact information and I also received a confirmation email after booking.

It was my first experience hiring movers, and I was nervous about everything, from hourly costs ballooning to whether my stuff would fit in my storage unit. Tom and Don were great, and they made the whole stressful operation of moving seem easy and fast. It was even less expensive than I predicted! Highly recommended. Will hire again!

These guys did great work today! I will hire them anytime that I need to move. They are very professional; they were quick; they’re very polite. I highly recommend that anybody that wants their stuff moved efficiently and safely, hire these guys!

What can I say that hasn’t already been said about these guys? I’ve never hired movers before and due to my work schedule and moving to a 3 floor apartment in July, there was no way I was going to be able to move myself and I couldn’t in good conscience ask my friends.
Making the reservation was easy. The whole process was explained and I was confident in what to expect. The hourly rate sounded like the best option.
Thomas and the other guy (can’t remember his name, sorry, I think it was Don) were on time, courteous and professional. You would think that with the hourly rate they would take their time, nope, they work FAST!!! They were very efficient and exceptionally careful. I appreciated when they would point out scratches or dings in my furniture. I know some people may not see this as a plus, but I appreciated that they care about the potential to damage things during the move and I recognize that this is a liability for them. It keeps them honest, but it also protects them.
There were some things that I didn’t want to pack or have moved by a stranger so I spent the morning loading and unloading my vehicle. Throughout the morning, they both reminded me to drink water (it was hot!) and at one point, gave me some of the ice cold water from their cooler when mine ran out. I never had to ask, they just did it. They were so friendly and nice that it actually felt like I had friends moving me, not strangers.
I will use this company again!

Awesome great service. Gentlemen on the truck were so professional and careful. They were on time and gave a very accurate estimate. They truly worked hard with minimal breaks taken. It was very hot outside and they kept going until the job was finished. Would recommend to everyone and I will not hesitate to use them for my next move.

Beware using technology like websites and email with this company!!!
I would say you should call, or maybe send a carrier pigeon or something that they can handle better than today’s advanced technology.
Unfortunately I never got to find out how they were in an actual move because there were 2 different times when they supposedly didn’t get what I submitted (both via the website and through email.)
I ended up moving my furniture in near record breaking Phoenix heat with the help of my parents who are in their 60’s because they couldn’t manage to set up a move for me.
My recommendation would be to make sure you either do things by phone to confirm that they have in fact received the information you have attempted to send, or to ask for a return email to verify receipt of your message. If you haven’t heard back in a few hours, send another one and another until they respond.
The first issue was with the website. I filled out the «Inventory Form» and hit «Submit». It then kicked me back to the company’s home page, so I figured that was what it does when the form is submitted. I waited and waited. Several days later I emailed Lynette asking what the status was. She said she never received it. Awesome. Evidently the website didn’t work properly, but there was no indication of that to me. So… if you hit submit, just know that you should get some kind of notification. I did it again and it worked. Gave me sort of a summary of what I sent so I could keep a record. That’s nice, but when it doesn’t work, there’s no way to know that it didn’t work.
The second issue was through email. I was back and forth a couple times with Lynette after the first issue, so I knew she normally responded promptly. I emailed to confirm that I wanted to schedule the move as quoted and asked at the end what my next step would be. Didn’t hear back for a couple days. So I emailed again to ask about the status and again… she says she never got it. Well… it was sent via «Reply» on my side to an email that she sent me. It’s in my stream of emails and shows that it went through so I don’t know what happened to it on her end.
What I DO know is that by the time I emailed to inquire, they had booked up the time that had been quoted to me and she said she didn’t have any dates available until a week after I have to be out of my place. She did add that she could do July 4^th weekend but it would be at a higher holiday rate. I have to be out by June 30^th, so even at a higher rate, I couldn’t even consider that.
You would think that maybe if you gave out a quote and hadn’t heard back from the customer, before you book up the time slot you quoted for, you might call them and ask if they still needed it? That might be a great time to find out that you aren’t getting emails that customers are sending for whatever reason.
But I guess that would take 2 minutes so I guess that’s an absurd idea on my part. Yeah… just book the time to someone else. The person who filled out the entire inventory sheet and did all the steps up to the part where you confirm and request a credit card number… that 34 year old chick who lives alone probably doesn’t really neeeeed a mover. Maybe she was just throwing the idea around and changed her mind… decided to move her own furniture by herself in 115 degree temperatures. That’s probably it.
All those good reviews are nice. I wish I would’ve gotten to find out what a great job the movers could do, but due to more than one clerical error I didn’t get to the actual moving phase with them.

Professional, respectful, and hard working. We hired them hourly and they busted their tails for 5 hours straight!
No banging the walls, everything was secured as I would have expected it should be. I will certainly use them next time.

We chose the hourly rate and put these fellas to work, orchestrating 5 different stops with two patio sets, two dining room sets, a bed, and two china hutches was no small feat.
They worked quickly, were strong, and packed everything very efficiently, nothing was broken and they took care of details like glass tops, shelving, drawers, and doors, very thoughtful.
They accepted credits and were done in a flash.
Very happy with this service and will definitely recommend them to family and friends, as well as use them again in the future!

I was moving across the valley and Unilocal pointed me to Frontier. The movers showed up on time and immediately went to work loading my stuff. Very quick and efficient with ZERO issues.
I opted for the hourly as I staged my stuff pretty well. I will definitely use them again.

Frontier Apartment Movers moved me out of my one bedroom apartment on the third floor yesterday and into a different two bedroom apartment down the street.
Our entire experience was nothing but excellent. Both of the guys worked really hard from start to finish, even with having to go up and down three flights of stairs with each trip. They were very courteous and went out of their way to even help us reassemble some of my furniture. Nothing was damaged, and I was really surprised at how quickly they got everything done.
The price really is unbeatable, the cheapest hourly rate I had found by almost $ 40/​hour. I would highly recommend these guys.

Great flat rate price that beat another moving company by about $ 600! Price was based on an inventory sheet we filled out. It might have helped that they are located out of Peoria, as are we, but even with that helping the price, I still feel they would have beat the other company’s price.
I also was pleasantly surprised when I was able to schedule them on about a 5 – 7 day notice for a Sunday move!
Let me tell you, Don and Tom were amazing movers! Show up time was scheduled between 8:00 and 10:00am. They called around 7:30 saying they were on their way. We found out when they arrived, they got a screw in one of their tires, but still managed to work around it, so they wouldn’t be late for our move. They were POLITE, FRIENDLY, and so PROFESSIONAL. Always addressing us as Ma’am and Sir, cracking jokes, singing while they worked, and communicating effectively about any and all challenges with the moving process. They were extremely careful with our furniture, and we had some very heavy furniture to move out of a 2 story home. They also moved very, very fast… no lounging around.
They take credit cards, but not American Express.
Hire this company! You won’t regret your decision!
