Phoenician Pines Condominiums is a unique community nestled within pines trees in the desert. Within our great community, we have homeowners and 91 rental units. With everything so close, who can ask for anything more.

History

Established in 2006.

Phoenician Pines Condominiums were born in 2006 as the Developer for the this community renovated all 240 units into beautiful condos.

I have been blessed to be managing this great community since 2007. I have watched this community grow with new homeowners and have enjoyed those of whom have leased through the leasing office on-​site. Though, we do our best to make sure all residents have a great experience here, at times we have to give not the news one would want to here. Since we are an HOA, all residents do have to follow the legal documents which from time to time does not allow myself to give the resident what they may want. I do thank you all for allowing me to be in your lives and hope you find Phoenician Pines your home for a long time.
