The guy that runs this place is a real jerk. I’m visiting my mom here. I’m from California. My mom is critically ill and in the hospital. I ordered some Christmas gifts off of Amazon Prime Now and he won’t give them to me. He said he needs a power of attorney from my mom. WTF? She’s in the hospital and can’t even walk! When I protested, he kicked me out and called the cops. He said he was going to have me arrested for trespassing. Before this happened, a resident in the parking lot told me he rips people off and he just raised everyone’s water rates, AGAIN. She was so mad and obviously had extreme dislike for him. If I were you and I was thinking about leasing here, I’d think twice. Better yet, don’t waste your thought energy on this place. Use it to find a better place. You’ve been warned! Lol. I don’t usually take the time to write these reviews but this guy deserves this one.

First of all, the management at this place sucks! I have only lived here since June and am disgusted at how problems have been addressed! The apartment we moved into reeks like heavy cigarette smoke and I do not smoke! Never have. It’s been like this since we’ve moved in so the person prior must of been heavy chain smokers cuz it’s awful! I have a 10 mo daughter and its not good for her to smell this nasty odor! They ozoned it and that didn’t help a bit and then wanted to do it again when I insisted a transfer. Also, initially before moving in I was told this apartment would have a microwave up in the cabinets as shown in the model when I had came to tour a floor plan as the one we were moving in. I find out a few days before that the apartment were moving in has no microwave! Such bs they promise you one then screw you out of one right before you move in! On top of that, my daughter’s room has been hot since the get go and they never did anything about the ac when I had them come out they said its normal yet I don’t think 110 degrees in one room and 78 in mine is normal? So basically we have a one bedroom cuz my bf had his computer in our daughter’s room then had to move it cuz it got too hot in there for it! And on top of not even being able to use her room we have over $ 200 aps bills! I’m so pissed off this is such bs I have lived in the same sq footage apartment at another complex and in the summer it never ever got over $ 200! Ugh. Oh and I had ended up going to corporate after speaking to Phil at the office! He talked over me and was trying his damnest not to transfer me! So I had got ahold of Dave from corporate and he made the transfer happen so we’re moving tomorrow and again I haven’t been able to even view the unit I’m moving into yet cuz maintenance is always backed up apparently. So hopefully they replaced the carpet and put a damn microwave in like they promised or I want out of my lease! So sick of this awful place! Should of stayed where I was! Do not move here!!!

Actual apartment and complex are really nice. I like the location very much and am happy I found this place.
My problem is with the front office.
I paid extra money for a package to be delivered in two days. Missed ups by about 30 min on their first attempt to deliver my package. So me thinking,” ok when they try and deliver it next business day while I’m at work they’ll leave a note and send back to the hub and I’ll just get it there.“
Not the case. Apparently the front office decided to sign for MY package as a «courtesy to me»
Now to the problem. I called them and they said they had signed for my package and that I could get it from them. Ok cool no problem. If only I didn’t work 15 hours a day 7 days a week. So I asked hey my old apartment would just leave my Jackson inside the door of I wanted them to. Not the case here. So they keep telling me you can get it from the office. Well honey, that won’t be possible because of my work schedule. You basically fucked me out of extra money for expedited shipping which is now worthless because I’ll have to wait until I can actually get there to pick up my package now, which will actually be longer than if I just got regular shipping.

You just bent me over and rammed it home… dry.

I really wish that I could not only break my lease with no penalty, but give negative stars for this place. After nearly 3 months, the maintenance crew finally came last week and fixed all of the issues we reported the day that we moved in here. It turns out that our air conditioner broke yesterday. My husband and I tried calling the office all day yesterday. Finally he got through to the office and they had us leave a message for the maintancence crew to come fix it. After not hearing back from them all day, he went into the office after he left work to talk to them and figure out what was happening. It turns out that maintenance doesn’t check their messages. They said that we need to keep calling until we get through… like we don’t have work and other things to do! This is ridiculous! They brought us a portable AC unit for the bedroom for the night. When we called alll day today to see if they were coming to fix it today, they finally answered us and said that because it is a holiday weekend, nobody is available to fix it until TUESDAY!!! This is so not ok. It is 110 degrees outside! In the past when this has happened elsewhere, we were put up in either a hotel or a model. They are not doing that for us. They basically told us to suck it up until Tuesday. We asked to talk to the manager, and because it is a holiday weekend, they are not available either. Awesome! The management here sucks, they could care less about any issues that come up, even though it is their job to get them fixed. Management here needs to be fired and replaced with someone who knows what the heck they are doing. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

This apartment and it management is horrible. I’ve had a problem with bugs since just about day one. I went to talk to the manager Phil today, who was was very unprofessional and rude. He shouted and me and talked over me when I tried to get my point across. Tomorrow will be the 5^th time they are coming in to spray. I have packed up my kitchen and bedrooms two other times so they can fix their bug problem. So I’ve been pretty much living out of boxes because i am afraid to put anything back in the cabinets and know I will just have to pack it all up soon so they can spray again. And to top it off, I was blamed for the problem because I inadvertently forgot a couple items in the cabinet above the fridge on last treatment. So that voids all treatments. I was also told no one else surrounding but me has roaches. So it’s just me and my family of loyal roaches who have drawn the line and only go into my apartment. Their solution is to spray every couple weeks and have me pack all my belongings in boxes until my lease runs out. I’m going to try to contact the corporate office tomorrow and get answers elsewhere. Phil is a creep and a bully.

The water is always off. Due to ALWAYS having a leak or broken pipe! Im getting sick and tired of having no water.

The only thing right about this complex is the price. At the same time your paying for amenities that you most likely will not always have. For example a gated community. The gates have been broken for over a month. When reported to the front office they knew nothing about it. still broken. A hot tub… not the most important but hey you are paying to live here and it should function! Always dirty beyond use. Perhaps one of my biggest complaints. mail! When you receive a package via mail you (sometimes) get a notice in your mailbox. The front office is absolutely horrible in this aspect! They can’t find it, tell you to call the post office. The post office says it was 100 percent scanned and dropped off. The front office gets defensive like you are accusing them of stealing your mail. You have another person from your apartment go in and boom! They magically found it! It’s all seems very strange that it’s happened more than once! Maintenance men will act as if you are wasting their time with things they believe you could have done yourself. The security they claim to have was seen once by me. The week we moved in. After that. Nowhere. The complex has so much potential but I believe not everything that could be done is getting done. The apartment itself is really not bad. I would have hoped for a better cleaning job upon moving in. They painted over gum in a kitchen drawer and the smell of smoke can linger for months after move in day. One thing keeping me happy is that it’s just a lease! Counting the days until we can look for a new place unless they really revamp their customer service here!
