History

Established in 2007.

I actually came out of the corporate world dealing with corporate BS! I got offered a job from a friend of mine cleaning carpets with him in December of 2005 as it was his busier season as the holiday’s were approaching. After working with him for a while, I decided that I wanted to own a carpet cleaning company as my uncle own’s a roofing company in the valley and I have always know since watching him at a young age own his company.

Well anyway my old boss cleaned apartments and let me tell you that apartments are not fun. We wanted to build relationships with customers and have customers for life. Taking care of the customer always helps the business.

So in November of 2007, my then girlfriend, now wife and I started Paradise Carpet Cleaning, LLC.

I am the owner/​operator. I run a one truck operation. It is a truck mount steam clean system. I can clean about 700 + carpets a year all by myself, without rushing trying to clean 8, 9 or 10 a day. I keep it light to only 3 or 4 a day, so I can really concentrate on taking care of my customers and not rushing through the day to make a few extra bucks. I come from a family of business owner’s on both sides of the family, I really believe in working hard and providing excellent customer service. I charge by the square footage instead of by room as every room is a different size. Thank you for trusting and using Paradise Carpet Cleaning!

He exceeded my expectations! The owner/​operator was able to take out the heavy traffic stain on the light cut pile carpet in front of my sofa. He also gave me a helpful routine to follow to prolong the life of my carpet. I will definitely use him every 6 to 9 months to maintain my carpet. I won’t even bother renting one of those useless DIY carpet cleaners.

When I was looking for a carpet cleaning company, I read reviews to guide me. Most of them received a lot of negative comments due to «bait and switch» tactics. Not so with this company. What was quoted was what I was charged. No attempt to «up sell» or pressure me into doing more than I needed. Great customer service, clean, efficient and pleasant to deal with. What more can you ask for! The office was prompt in returning my call, worked with me to schedule a convenient date and time. George called within the time frame I was given to let me know he was on his way (that’s HUGE in my book!). He was friendly, courteous and worked efficiently. Will definitely be using this company on a regular basis!

Excellent job. Cleaned my house and 3 automobile carpets. Very friendly and courteous. I Waited for carpets to completely dry before I wrote this review because that’s when you really get to see the final results. We foster dogs and they all do «something» on our carpet. Although we try to have them come in after every dog gets adopted, sometimes we can’t. Our carpet is about 15 years old and needs to be replaced but … I never have an issue making an appointment (they can usually get to us when we need it), and they call about 30 minutes out and then come in do the job and are out. What I especially like is they don’t try to up-​sell pre-​treatment, scotch-​guard — whatever. I get the price and that’s what it is. We’ve been using them for a little over a year and will continue to do so. Yeah for a reputable company!

George did an amazing job on my carpets and sofa. He was super nice and punctual, which I appreciate. Also, the price was very reasonable. I waited for my carpets to dry before posting this so I could really see how they turned and and they look fantastic; almost like new. I, like the last person, could not believe the rave reviews but they didnmot dissappoint and I’m glad I used Paradise. I actually had Karl, I think George’s brother over to clean my carpets and some upholstered chairs and he did an excellent job. The carpets looked great and they were not totally soaked like they have been in the past with other companies. Don’t even think about reading another review just call them and you will be happy!

This is my second time using Paradise Carpet Cleaning and I will definitely continue using them in the future. I was thoroughly impressed on how meticulous he was when he cleaned all three bedrooms in my home and the sofa. I have a dog that sheds A LOT and there is no sign of dog hair (or odor) in any of the rooms or sofa after he cleaned them. Just an FYI, they do not take credit/​debit cards. I should have remember from the time I used them but of course, did not. The gentlemen was extremely nice and patient while I searched for my checkbook. Don’t let that discourage you though because they have excellent customer service and do great work. Also, thier prices are hard to beat. I chose them not only for all the good reviews but when we called for a quote, we received the best price. Thank you for the great great service!

I had paradise carpet cleaning out to my home and they did an excellent job. I have always been the one to rent a machine and pay way more than it is even worth. Not to mention having to do the work myself and waste half a day or more. George came out and cleaned our carpet in about an hour and the carpet looks better than I could have ever done renting a machine. He was even able to remove a few tough stains that we had worked so hard in the past to get out. I have already recommended Paradise Carpet Cleaning to my neighbors and will do so again in the future to anyone in need of carpet or tile cleaning. Thank you George.

This company is really professional and very organized. From my first inquiry, they were responsive, on time and did a terrific job on a not so dirty carpet and a really dirty carpet. He was also very informative regarding what might be a warranty claim on a wall to wall carpet that isn’t holding up so well. I highly recommend Paradise Carpet Cleaning. They do what they say and their pricing is very reasonable.

First time using Paradise Carpet Cleaning but definitely not my last. Contacted them to set an appointment before our big party. We were able to schedule right when we needed.
Note: they aren’t available on weekends but don’t let that deter you. They’re really good.
George called me the morning of the appointment that he was 30 – 40 out. Guess what: he arrived in 35 minutes. We have an oversized room that had traffic spots, two reclining sofas, a rocker recliner and a reclining chaise, all in microfiber. Total cost: $ 243 plus tip.
The service was courteous, friendly and efficient, everything you want from service. I highly recommend Paradise Carpet Cleaning for your carpets, furniture and value.

I got to meet George last week to have some carpeted rooms and stairs cleaned in our home. He arrived promptly at 8:00, quickly measured the rooms we wanted cleaned (measured around the furniture), calculated the price based on «cleanable» space and got it done. We had some stains at the top of the stairs which didn’t come out the last time we had the carpets cleaned, but George got them out without an issue or even mentioning them. He made sure to give me the Unilocal discount – I only mentioned Unilocal once during the initial scheduling phone call. George left us written instructions and foot-​booties to help us navigate the drying carpet. It was nice to work with someone who takes care of the details without being asked. I shall be referring him to my friends and have him back in 6 months for our next service.

Super Professional. Up front and honest about my carpet and the results I could expect from the pet urine. The cleaning was fast and successful and the carpet smells and looks great. I’m writing this a week after the cleaning. It dried well and the house smells much better!

We had our new house’s carpet cleaned before moving in and had asked about the tile floor being cleaned as well. He told us the tile was not that dirty and didn’t think it needed it at this time. Fantastic! All around great experience. Made appointment based on my time schedule. George called that morning said he was running early on appointments. I was glad I he could come earlier and he arrived in a timely manner. He listened to my carpet specifics. Most of the carpet dried within 4 – 6 hours and everything within 24 hours.
The carpets didn’t smell so awful while drying; I could tolerate being in the room while wet. (I don’t know about everyone else but, our wet carpet always smells like wet dog. Not this time!)
Probably the best carpet cleaning experience I have had.
George is friendly and seems to be very dedicated to customer satisfaction. I’ve only used this company once, but I would definitely call them again. I can’t say that about any other carpet cleaners I’ve used.

I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed by Karl honestly and integrity for his work I felt compelled to write this review. Karl spent time answering my questions about how he cleans carpets. I also liked that he had all natural cleaning solutions and didn’t drench my carpets with water like other carpet cleaners do. Can’t say enough good things about my experience.
