I help people buy undervalued, distressed homes in Scottsdale and Phoenix which are generally not listed by real estate agents. One of the big problems with homes listed by real estate agents is they are generally listed at the market value. If you want a really good deal on a home, buying it at market value is not a good deal.

Therefore, for the clients of mine who want to buy undervalued homes for sale in Scottsdale I spend a great deal of time researching, tracking, and evaluating unlisted distressed homes which are ready to go back to the bank for failure of payment to the mortgage company.

I started in the real estate business in 2000. Over the years, I’ve sold countless homes and personally bought and sold thousands of acres of Arizona property.

I started in the mortgage business back in 1997. It didn’t take me long to realize that I have an aptitude working with people rather than their finances, and it occurred to me that I would best serve other people and myself by moving into real estate in the year 2000. Originally started in the East Valley, but over the years have moved up into the North Phoenix and Scottsdale area for the most part, however, math doesn’t lie, and I can recognize a good deal anywhere in the Valley.
