Great financing options. Sales person was a bit too much on the comparisons which was unprofessional for us but the name of the game.

I recently pick up a used vehicle here a couple weeks ago, I have been searching and comparing prices on the web with varies of dealership. I got in touch with Brandon which was one of their internet sales rep. We email back and forth a few time as I had some questions with the vehicle I am interested in. We set up an appointment so we can discuss about my interest, I arrived there around 7pm. One of the rep said Brandon left for the day so I got in touch with another rep, no biggie. We discuss about what I wanted to do with my vehicle, we came to a deal, I was going to return this week to make the deal. Brandon emailed me thanking me for stopping in, I told him I would be in a couple of day to do the trade. I asked him a few question about the vehicle, any issues, accident etc. His respond was «the car is great with no issues at all». I said perfect I will be in tomorrow, we made another appointment. I arrived the following day to find out Brand left for the day again even tho we made an appointment, seems like Brandon doesn’t exist and he just a virtual dummy to take the blame. We got set-​up with the trade and left with another rep. When I got home I have found that the right side mirror doesn’t fold in like the left and it flaps when I drive, very unsafe since I can not see my right side. I told it back to get it check out my the dealer, the GM said that they do not cover it since its not a safety concern. How is it not a safety concern when my right mirror is flapping around when driving? All in all DO NOT buy a vehicle from this place and DO NOT trust them. I will not be coming or referring anyone

Do not buy here. I do not have the best credit, but life happens. I walked in and only one person paid attention to me after I spent 15 min looking at there lot. After we run my credit and I knew I would have a huge Apr. The come back and tell me that 72 months on a used car is good deal at 325 per month. I told them that’s highway robbery but say they have the best deal. They went up on the price from the advertisment and added all these things to try to sell me a car 24 thousand. The original price was 13 000.
The internet manager is a complete douche. He gets mad I don’t lime the deal and after I said I have other options he said no I don’t and this was the best.

They are great people we had fun when getting a car there and they work with me and were upfront and truthful with every process Daniel was nothing but over the top with service. Thank you for your help and we are enjoying are new car, thank you for all your help.

So let me first start off by saying I was a little intimidated to go to a dealership, first time car I’ve ever had to do this by myself. After working up the courage, I walked into Mark Mitsubishi and was immediately greeted by a staff member. I can’t remember his name but nice person, asked me who I was there to see and came back to tell me that the person i was corresponding with wasn’t available but he had someone to help me. I was then introduced to Danielle. I don’t even know how to express how much of a smooth experience she made this for me. Her personality is impeccable, she’s warm, friendly, loves to joke around, but still manages to get the sale done. Answered every question I had, even the silly ones. She set up my blue tooth for me (thank goodness), showed me where the gas lever was, ran me through the controls and features of my new car and is sincere about being helpful. I recommend asking for Danielle if you want to be put at ease the moment you meet her. Now, I also talked a little with Dylan, he was also friendly, upbeat and nice guy. Then it was the finance department and I was ready because I’ve heard awful stories once you sit down with the financing guys. Not in this case! Adam in finance was great, positive, always had a smile and processed my paperwork quickly and sent me on my way. I had to go back the next day because I forgot something and again, the most friendliest people ever! Most time you go back after the sale and feel a different vibe. I didn’t get that, Danielle was just as nice as the day before. I met a few of the service guys, very nice as well. I couldn’t be happier with my new car, I love it. I am so pleased with this experience!

Never Again! So, we went in to look at a car we had seen and researched online. First off, it was hard enough for us to get someone to come help us. Well we look at the car, its nice and all, the salesman Bobby was very friendly older Gentleman. So it comes time to talk numbers. We go over trade value, and talk numbers on the car. I offer him a number on the car. He tells me, not gonna happen, So I say well its a starting point, that’s why we call it negotiation. I told him from the start I had my own financing and basically to them it would be cash. Of course he tries to get me to get there financing (to charge us extra fees). So he leaves and comes back with numbers based on there financing and price was exactly the same. He tells me based on price and him assuming my credit was middle of the road this is what the numbers would be. First off I never once had him pull my credit, and for him to just assume my credit was middle of the road… wtf? That in my opinion is just rude and off-​putting. I told him hey the price hasn’t changed I offered you a lower price. I told him you got to work with me here I don’t have to buy this car which his reply was I don’t have to sell you this car. So that was the end of that. Nice place in general but the sales guy is very rude in my opinion once the numbers start.

Amazing experience. Danielle was the greatest. She took everything I wanted and needed into consideration and got me a better deal than I thought I could get. I love my new car!

Been coming to mark Mitsubishi for parts and service to my car for over 6 years. Never had a problem other than moving from Glendale to north Phoenix. Excellent customer service and great work done.
