Lauren has always had a special love for art, photography, and makeup. She thinks all three are an expression of the world as we see it, or in most cases, as we don’t see it. Her passion for makeup stems from being able to bring out the inner beauty. «Beauty as we see it comes from the soul. Beauty as we don’t always see it, comes from the creator.» Beauty and Makeup have intrigued Lauren since the day she realized the transformation, both mentally and physically, one can experience from such medium.

Lauren Reid is a professional and personal, certified makeup artist in California and Arizona. She does everything from photo shoots, to runway and special events, to film, TV, music videos, commercials, print, and weddings, to every day application, prom, and sweet sixteens. Her work can be seen in print publications, music videos, on TV and in films. She has done many wedding parties and countless photo shoots and makeovers.

Business Owner

Lauren was the girl in kindergarten with bright red lips and matching press on nails. Born and raised in Flagstaff, AZ who soon set sail to similarly beautiful places. After graduating from ASU with a BS in Marketing, Lauren went to school in California, where she trained under wonderful, inspiring women including Gia Deo and Christina Farrell, to become a certified makeup artist. Lauren believes in continuous education and attends workshops as often as possible expanding her knowledge. A few of these celebrity makeup artists include Eric Jimenez, Alexis Vogel, and Jeffery Paul.
