This guy is the worst of the worst. Did nothing but demean my case and insult me. He deserves less than a 0 rating. You would have thought he worked for the insurance carrier the way he handled my case. Never did a thing for me and failed to get me a single cent in benifits. The attorney who replaced him after I fired him, got me a check for over 12K in back benefits 45 day after he was off the case. I am filing a complaint with the Arizona Bar Association for his behavior and ethics. If you have a work comp case, find someone else or you will be very sorry.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Not only is his assistant rude but he is as well. The man had my case for 20 months & filed 1 paper never even requested my dr’s info until 2 weeks before he withdrew from being my attorney. He told me the process would take 18mths but it was 20 & they were saying it would be an additional 18 months. I have a complaint started for not representing me in a timely or accurate manner based on what he claimed he would do to win my case. I now have to get ANOTHER attorney.
