My Samsung S4 charger connection has been deteriorating for months. Nothing is wrong with my phone and I really hate to switch to a new phone. These guys replaced my charger in 5 minutes for 20 dollars and my phone is charging beautifully again. Thanks!

Scam Artists!
Paid $ 150 for unlock my iPhone, waited two months. Jacob promised to call me and inform me many times, called once for two months. I always call them, ask about the progress, they say:” Oh, we just wanted to call you” or other BS. Finally, the phone is not unlocked, they promise to refund money two weeks ago, never happened. Never ever do a business with them!

I have a big phone, the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 inch, which is the biggest in the US market, and with a bigger screen it’s more prone to breaking whether its dropped or accidentally pressured because it’s so big and in tight pockets that can barely fit it but I now have had mine fixed twice by these guys and my gf’s phone screen has been replaced twice too and every time it’s always cheaper than paying with my insurance to get a refurbished phone and then having to log in to all my accounts and download a bunch of apps I use all over again. I’ve called them so many times that Jake actually knows me by name probably lol but they threw in a tempered glass screen protector the last time I had them fix my screen for half price. They’re very nice and come to you too. He came to San Tan Valley to my house to fix my phone screen which was cool. They’re the best in price and service for screen replacement.

Last week my iPhone glass cracked and bits and pieces kept breaking off every time I used it. I called a dozen places that day, the prices were so unreasonable. Until I came across isolutions, jake answered and explained it’s takes only 15 min and it would be $ 50! The quality was amazing, my phone looked better than brand new. It was a Custom job and will defiantly come back again! Really recommend them! I would give them 10 stars

Absolutely do not – under any circumstances – do business with this company. They don’t always fix things correctly, but the biggest issue is the owner’s greed and lack of integrity.
My family and I have had the displeasure of doing business with this company 3 times, but I’ll just share the issues I’ve had.
Encounter #1:
I bought an iPhone 4S off of Craigslist from the owner. I didn’t know who he was – it was just your standard Craigslist transaction. The screen had a greenish tint – some other kind of glass? He said it was better, but I can tell you what wasn’t better – the screen protruded further than the OEM glass, so the phone would NEVER be able to fit into a normal, protective case. Little did I know I’d be meeting him again.
Encounter #2:
A few months later, I found that the Facetime had never worked on the phone. Something wrong with a microphone. .. . I searched Craigslist for an iPhone repair person, and that led me to these guys. I brought the phone in. They «fixed» it. I took it home. It wasn’t fixed. I took it back at least one more time (might have been two more times) before they actually fixed it correctly. By the end of this encounter, I was pretty frustrated with them. But wait – there’s more. I needed two little screws for the bottom of an iPhone 4. How much did he charge me for these 2 little screws? $ 5. I suppose that price wasn’t so bad. .. IF I WAS BUYING 200 OF THEM. But I paid it – I just didn’t want to ever see him again. As I left, I thought to myself. .. «hey. .. is this the same guy I bought the phone from???» It sure was.
Never, ever, ever do business with these charlatans.

Never gonna used these guys again. Good experience initially but not so much afterwards. The first time I got it fixed because it got dropped by a kid. After a couple months of getting it fixed with them, my iPad Air had problems. The keys would glitch and there was a crack without it being dropped. Then I would notice my lightning charging port didn’t work. I called them and had them fix the screen and the charging port. They charged me $ 70 to do all that. Then after I got it back, less than a month later, I notice my front camera wasn’t working and the screen cracked again and the whole time it was with me on my table or my backpack. I never used the front camera since I gave them my iPad to fix. I’m an honest person. I wouldn’t lie if it was dropped. I would pay if it was my fault that the screen cracked. I called them up to see what they could do about it and he was going to charge $ 80 just to change the screen. Really? He’s gonna charge me more than what I originally paid and i didn’t even do anything. He said screens cracks all the time, every few months. Well to me, they shouldn’t crack if the glass was good quality and if they were installed correctly especially since I take good care of my iPad.

Friendly staff and they make sure it is done right.

I waited a long time to give this review because I didn’t want to write it when I was still upset. If you’re not in the mood to read let me summarize my review: he is always late and is at best unwilling to admit when he can’t fix something and cut his losses and at worst, incompetent.
His first trip out he was an hour late. He kept saying he was 10 minutes away. That 10 minutes eventually stretched into an hour. He spent the better part of an hour fixing the iPad and then wrapped it in bubble wrap and told me not to touch it for a few days. About a week later I pop the plastic off only to discover there’s dust under the glass and he cracked the corner of the glass when installing it.
I text him and he says he’ll come fix it. No harm no foul. I understand even the best don’t get it right all the time. I’m out of town but I schedule a time for him to come and let my inlaws know when he’ll arrive. He’s a no-​show. No call, no nothing. I text him and he says he’s sorry but that the part he had was wrong and it would be available the next day. Ok, again I understand but again you can’t call? No communication here. So he comes the next day, wraps it up again and says to leave it for a few days. I jokingly said that wouldn’t be a problem as I wouldn’t be back to my inlaws for a few months.
When I do get to my inlaws I immediately notice more dust under the screen than before and the left 5 mm of the touchscreen is dead. On top of that the grid for the touchscreen is clearly visible, even when using the device. It’s clearly a cheap screen. But the worst part is that there are dead spots in the screen. So you can drag your finger across the display and when you get to a dead spot it acts as if you removed your finger from the display.
At this point I’m pissed. I message Jake threatening a chargeback and he says to send it to him and he’ll fix it this time. I told him I have no faith in his ability to properly repair a device but he insists and I finally relent. He says he’ll send the address tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and goes and nothin, more silence. A month goes by and I ask what’s going on to which he responds that he’s «sure» he sent it to me. He didn’t.
Finally I end up in Phoenix again and ask him if he wants to give it one last crack. He’s nothing if not consistent because about 30 minutes after we were supposed to meet I called him (of course he didn’t call me) and he tells me he grabbed the wrong screen. He’s got to go back to his office and get the right one. Listen folks. These are Ipad and IPhone screens. They take up no room and any business person with a shred of sense would have them with them in case they got a call for a repair while they were out. He was just running really late, again, and this was the excuse of the day.
To his credit he met me at a McDonalds with his kids. I’ll give him credit for meeting me on a whim with his kids to try to get this fixed but it all went downhill from there. The kids were being kids and distracting him so it ends up taking him an hour to do the job. After he finishes it he shows it to me, almost proud to stick it to me that it’s going to work but when he immediately points out the scratches on the back of the glass and calls them «unavoidable» I know this isn’t going anywhere good.
And would you guess it? It doesn’t work, only this time he’s there to see it. He put the home button in wrong so it doesn’t click and the screen is completely unusable, by far the worst he’s installed. It acts as if you’re touching random areas of the screen. His response is to reboot the device. I’m laughing inside and feeling bad that this guy is trying to make this right but is just utterly incompetent. He doesn’t know what he’s doing and/​or is so poor at time management that he forces himself to hurry and his work suffers as a result.
Of course that reboot didn’t change things but I know that he didn’t have another screen on him and I also knew that at this point he couldn’t fix it after three tries. What am I going to do? Waste another hour sitting there while he goes for lucky number 4?
Unfortunately it only gets worse. After getting home and assessing things further I noticed that my Smart Cover no longer awoke the iPad when you opened it. That’s because he forgot to put the magnets back in the IPad. The screen? Well there isn’t a seem that’s flush with the iPad’s bezel. The adhesive is so cheap that every time I go to use it the first thing I have to do is push the screen back down to seal against the iPad. And then of course it’s a total crapshoot as to whether or not it will work for more than 5 minutes.
I’m a fair guy. This has been a 6 month saga. I gave him 3 chances to do what should by all accounts be a simple job for someone that advertises being able to repair iPads. He was late every time, didn’t show up once and made the device worse every time he touched it.
I’m left with an unusable ipad. I don’t hold a grudge but I feel others should be warned.

Had two phones fixed — a Galaxy Note 2 (small crack on glass) and a Galaxy S5 (shattered LCD). Guy said to meet him at the shop in just thirty minutes because they do mobile repair, that is, they will drive to your home/​business and repair your device and he was on a job. No big deal, I wait 45 minutes and drive to the shop, and when I arrive I give the guy a call and he says it’ll be another 35 minutes. I sat and waited in the parking lot for that 35 minutes because it was too far from home and not a long enough time to drive there and back. That’s the reason for 4 stars.
The guys there did a good job on both phones, but they were unrealistic on time. When I said I was bringing my Note 2 in as well (an extra $ 80 repair), they didn’t seem that enthused, but it appears to be working well. I wish they would have given me a timeframe on how long that would’ve taken because I wound up spending a solid three hours at their shop either sitting in my truck or just waiting on the Note 2’s screen to «cure». It’s a quality repair place — just give the customer a heads up on how long things take.

Couple times I’ve had these guys fix my phone and have experienced great customer service! They don’t take your phone to secret back room making you wonder if they’re looking through it or fixing things that need no fixing! I was actually able to watch them fix it! No BS! Completely honest work! They got a customer for life!

I am so glad I brought my phone here. He did great work, went above and beyond expected good service and gave me a great price for the work. I would send anybody need repairs here.

Jake is the best in the business! He comes to you so no hassle of going to a store that’s going to rip you off. His prices are super affordable!!! He is trustworthy and shows up same day! 100% recommended!!!

They repaired my iPad that was previously repaired by a company Rapid iPhone Fix (he fixed a cracked screen). Soon after the iPad had problems with the touch screen typing and he wouldn’t come fix it again (customer service level over 9000 obviously).
These guys came in and used way more sturdier glass and also got me some deals fixing my other old iPhones and further reinforcing my roommates current iPhone.
Just by talking to them you can tell they use the best materials and actually know what they are talking about.
Would recommend them to my friends in the future! And will call again if anything else breaks (crosses fingers)!

ISolution came out to my home in Chandler and repaired 2 IPad screens, one that I thought was beyond repair. Not only were they able to repair, they were able to fix corners and make it look almost brand new. I will be using them to install my tempered screen when I get my new Phones and tablets!
