Meet the Manager
Ian J.
Manager
Born in Glendale, Ian grew up in a family of architects and engineers. His grandfather was one of the project engineers for the Coronado Bridge. His father, an architect who specialized in small to mid-sized commercial buildings always encouraged Ian in his pursuits. While he had many choices, it was no surprise that he decided to join the ranks of family involved in structural design, construction and maintenance.
After obtaining a degree in environmental sciences from San Diego State University, Ian began working with the a private environmental consulting firm that partnered with the university to conduct feasibility studies for new construction.
Ian began to have a greater interest in the indoor environmental sciences and decided to make that his pursuit. This was in part due to his grandfather’s development of a terminal form of Mesothelioma from indoor exposure to asbestos.
Today, Ian is dedicated to helping people understand and indoor air quality issues with Indoor-Restore.
