Econolight

With an older home, I wanted a professional electrician to evaluate my electrical system before adding a new ceiling fan and a new electrical outlet. Two men arrived with a large truck full of supplies. They put cloths down to protect my rug and furniture and went to work assessing the situation. They worked quickly, explained everything and tidied up. The bill was reasonable and the quality of service was top notch. I have absolute confidence in Econolight and will call them again if I need electrical work.

Econolight was an amazing find in very hectic situation last week. I had some electrical problems that needed resolution the same day. I was dialing for dollars until a wonderful woman answered the phone and helped me find an available electrician to come to my house the same day! I didn’t have time to get 3 bids… I needed the work done ASAP in order to close the sale of my home. Jay showed up in the afternoon, got everything fixed in record time and… the big kicker… they didn’t over-​charge me! Not this time. Thanks Jay for an amazing job! Wish this review could have been up on Unilocal as fast as the service I received!

Excellent service. I couldn’t be more pleased after I called Ms Belen at Econolight. She was very helpful and professional, and went far and beyond to help me over the phone with my shortcut breakers and reset my system fully operational; especially during a busy holiday season when everyone is so busy to even respond to new customers.

I have used Econolight a couple of times now. Moving into a new house and was looking for someone to do a couple of small items and called them again. The owner was super nice and gave me an appointment and a ballpark estimates even with my cryptic requirements. Jay and Kyle showed up at 9 on the dot as promised, they finished all the work I requested and Jay wrestled with a 10 yr old transformer to get the landscape lighting work. He could have taken the easy option and claimed that he could not fix, and made me buy a new one. He fixed every one of the landscape lighting and made sure that I am fully satisfied before he left. The work site was left in impeccable condition. I will recommend them to anyone.

I needed a big 50 amp plug for my new electric car. And oh by the way, my friendly review reading friends, get yo self one of these cars too if you want to ditch the smelly gas and wake up with a full charge every morning.

So Fast! Jay from Econolight came by to repair and install GFCI outlets throughout the house. He was super friendly and did a great job! Best of all he worked so fast so we could get on with the rest of our busy day. Jay is awesome would definitely recommend!

Wow! Second time I have had service from Econolight. Fabulous! From the office staff who get you in touch with whoever is needed for the job, to the actual estimators or electricians, you get excellent service. Free estimating and good ideas – reasonable charges!
Just had Jay over to put in some outdoor security lights. He gave me enough information to make good choices – one of which was to re-​use a light I had in another capacity instead of getting a new one.

We had Econolight come out to install two sets of recessed lights — one set in the family room, the other in the living room. To make the decision to go with Econolight, I relied heavily on the 39 positive reviews that I read on a competing website that focuses on contractor work.
I also checked out their website, and reviewed their custom lighting design projects that they had completed for other customers. My project was very basic, but they can clearly do some very sophisticated lighting arrangements.
They came out very quickly, and gave us a firm quote. The quote price was almost exactly the same as another electrician who had quoted the same job. They also made some suggestions about how we could improve the arrangement as compared to our original idea. We went with their recommendations.
We had Econolight install both sets of lights about one month ago. Both sets of lights are FANTASTIC. They were fast, friendly, efficient, and tidy. We have had many compliments on their work, and the additional light has made a huge difference in the enjoyment of our home. We should have used Econolight years ago.

Needed an electrician and my neighbor recommended Econolight. My neighbor has very high standards so I had confidence in the recommendation. She did not let me down. Econolight showed when they said they would. Gave me an estimate and then did the work. They were very professional and honest and did the work for the price quoted. Next time I needed an electrician, I called Econonlight. Same experience. They were very courteous, prompt, and performed the work for the price quoted. These guys are awesome!
