History

Established in 1997.

Dwane Cates founded the firm right after graduating from law school. He is a nationally recognized attorney appearing as a guest analysis on many national news shows like Fox News, CNN, HLN, CNBC, Fox Business and others. He is, also, the go to guy for many local TV stations when they need expert legal analysis on the days hottest legal topics.

Over the years the firm took several different forms. It started as a solo practice and then developed into a partnership. At one time the firm had as many as five lawyers. We are dedicated to getting you the best possible results in your matter.

Arizona Lawyer, Dwane Cates, graduated Suma Cum Laude from Arizona State University where he majored in Communication with an emphasis on persuasion. Just before Dwane went back to school he worked as a salesman. He learned how to persuade, then he went to school to learn why what he did in sales was persuasive. After graduating undergraduate with the highest honors, he attended law school at the Sandra Day O’Conner School of Law. Mr. Cates started his own law firm in 1997 strait out of law school. This successful law firm survived all the economic turmoil of the past 17 years and continues today. Now Dwane is ready to put his experience and training to work for you.
