Mr. Moore was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2002. He was a Deputy County Attorney in Coconino County as a felony prosecutor in Flagstaff, Arizona. As a felony prosecutor, Mr. Moore administered all facets of felony cases from charging and preliminary hearings through jury selection and completed trial. He also had experience in post-​trial work in probation revocation hearings, and restitution hearings. One of Mr. Moore’s trial assignments was with the Juvenile Prosecution division of the Coconino County Attorney’s Office with extensive time administering juvenile misdemeanor and felony cases and

Mr. Moore has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Arizona, and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

If anyone in Arizona (assuming Mr. John Moore covers all of AZ) is looking for the BEST criminal defense Attorney, please, look no further. I can’t tell you what a Godsend he was when I had to make that dreadful call. It was the day after my daughter’s wedding when my phone rang. The recording, which was from Coco County jail said someone was trying to call me collect. My heart dropped to the pit of my stomach when I heard it was from
my son who was in custody for doing something STUPID. I couldn’t believe it –Other than some school problems, he has never been in trouble with the law. But it happened, and I thought for sure his life (at 24 yrs old) would be toast. I live near San Francisco and I thought for sure I would not fine a good, honest Attorney for my son, via phone. We were referred to an Attorney who was too busy to take the case, and he referred us to John. I thank God he did!
I was in tears while talking to John, and so scared that my son was going to end up in jail. Within the fist 5 minutes of our conversation, I knew John would be able to help us. His experience with both sides of the law made me feel at ease. Everything he said about the case was true, and he knew how to handle each and every step. My son was very cooperative and did everything John requested of him, paying his fines, going to mandatory classes and anything else the court requested.
John always kept in touch with us. If We emailed or called him with questions, he would always get back to us in a timely manner. I never had to call him twice. The cost was worth every penny, and I know for a fact, if I went elsewhere, it would of been up to 4K more.
