First time there. Never again. Drive thru coffee order was wrong. Jelly was so old it was solid. Had to ASK to have napkins in the bag. Not a good representation of DD.

Strangest experience ever… Ordered coffee and went to use the bathroom, the key to the bathroom is attached to a plastic cup(odd right?) when I returned the cup, the young man at the counter said(literally word for word here) «in the future just touch the key not the cup, hobos come in here and pee in that cup…» WHAT!!! Why would you say that? If you are joking-not funny, if you are serious you should be SHUTDOWN!!! I had to toss the coffee ! GROSS!!!

Went there this morning. I had a coupon that a student gave me for a gift. Coupon allowed for a free dozen donuts. They refused to honor the coupon. How embarrassing for me and the student. The staff person said that the coupon was from some third party and not Dunkin Donuts. No where on the card did it say that. I won’t be back in that third rate establishment again!

This Dunkin is extremely hit or miss. Sometimes they’re very friendly and efficient, and other times the service is terrible and/or there is some kind of screw-up or delay with my order for seemingly no reason(like when it’s not busy at all). Never sure which experience it’s going to be. I frequent this location because it’s on my way to work, and will continue to do so because of the convenience, but it’s not the best location.

The worst Dunkin Donuts. First, no one greeted my friend and I as we came in. There were 3 workers. The cashier asked what I wanted and I said an egg and cheese croissant and he replies«okay.» Then pauses and says«we actually don’t have any croissants today, only bagels.» I asked him«what kind?» He replies«uh mainly just plain.» No one knows what’s going on. I ordered 2 coffees and a chai, and the girl forgot to make my chai. There were only 2 other people in the store, but they already ordered and got their food. No wonder they’re hiring cause their workers are incompetent.

The donuts just aren’t the same ones I remember from when I was a kid. Now they are dry and always seem to be just a bit stale. They have also become very expensive. My favorite was the chocolate cream filled… it was messy covered in powdered sugar but it was so yummy. The one I had today was dry and there appeared to only be about a teaspoon of crème. It was so disappointing. The jelly filled are also a bit lacking in the filling department. If you like coffee drinks this is a great alternative to Starbucks but if you want a good donut try Bosa, Rainbow, or Lamars.

This isn’t the same Dunkin Donuts that I went to as a kid! I walk in and there’s one person running the counter and she’s very confused, there are 3 people standing in front of me, no line-just standing. I’m not sure if they’re waiting for food or waiting to order. Finally one of the guys just steps forward and starts to order, the whole time the cashier is confused and saying«do you mean______?» Or asking«how many» after he just clearly said«TWO». The next guy said he was just waiting for his order and looked like he’s been waiting awhile. As soon as he said that the girl went back and grabbed his bag and just handed to him. There was a lady waiting next, she said she had been waiting for 20 mins for the coffee to be replaced because«it’s always cold» and she needed a refill. I finally get up to the counter. The selection was nothing like a donut shop should be, there were maybe 10 varieties. I ask for a half dozen donuts and two number 4s. She thought I said FOURDOZEN donuts! Mind you, it is breakfast time and the number 4 is a breakfast meal… Her next question was«what kind of soda do you want with those?». I asked if we could do orange juice or coffee instead of soda, her answer was«no, only the drinks in the cooler»(as she pointed at a cooler full of soda and water bottles). I declined the drinks and waited for my food, when she grabbed the donut box she asked if I wanted a dozen again. I told her just a half dozen, she asked«so how many do you want?» Last I checked, a half dozen was 6… I’m pretty sure. When I finally left there were cars piled up outside the door of people that went through drive-thru that were waiting for their stuff. On top of all that, the donuts weren’t fresh and the tater tots were gross and greasy. My husband went one time since and had an experience similar to mine, only he went through the drive through and brought home a free stale donut because of the mess ups.

Good ol’ Dunkin Donuts — you can always count on consistent deliciousness. The staff is very friendly and happy — always a plus!

So Jenny’s uncles are, as I write this, moving from West Hollywood to the valley. Specifically, the part of the valley right down the street from this Dunkin’ Donuts. So we swung by over the weekend on a visit to their place. Now, I’ll order hot coffee anytime of the year and, straight up, I had no idea DD’s coffee was so good. I mean, I sincerely try to avoid chain coffee as much as possible(Did you know my Starbucks gold lapsed in April? Yeah, it did. #nbd) but DD really impressed. Especially considering it was like 4pm on a 100+ degree day and I very much expected two bucks worth of burnt brown liquid. Instead I got a fresh cup of piping hot joe with just the right amount of cream. Right on, Dunkin’. Cactus Rd runs on you.

Do not come here if you are on your way to work or need to be somewhere. This place is so slow. I live in the neighborhood and this is so convenient for me, and I’m always tempted to get coffee here on my way to work. But every time it’s like a 20 – 30 min ordeal. For example, I’m writing this review while I’m waiting in the drive thru. I always think management will get better, but it’s been a couple years and it hasn’t.

Pretty normal DD. fast service coffee just right. I don’t understand why they haven’t invented shorter straws for the small iced coffees. I have this gigantic straw for a small drink. Otherwise no complaints

I went through the drive through around 10 am this morning. Fastest drive through service ever, tasty coffee. I highly recommend pumpkin spice coffee during the fall.

I pass by 5 dd on my way to work. I cannot stand this location. They are beyond rude. I pull up to the window and she doesnt say a word. I hand her my card, she swipes it and gives it back. Still no words uttered. She hands me my hot latte, with no sleeve, i say«thank you» she looks back at me and walks away. AREYOUKIDDINGME? worst customer service!

This location is the closest to my home and since it has a drive thru it’s perfect for stopping on the way to work. This morning I stopped in to get an iced vanilla coffee and I learned that they don’t have just regular syrup any more now there are these flavor swirls. I informed the person taking my order that I am allergic to dairy and she said there is no dairy in our product. So when I arrived at the window the drink looked light and cloudy and I told them I will take it black with nothing if this has any milk product. Once again I was assured no dairy. Not trusting the servers when I got to work I logged on to And the Allergen is MILK!!! Ugh, shouldn’t they know what they are serving?

Unfortunately my love for DD has been on a steady decline in the last year. Every once in awhile I’ll try to reel it back in, only to end up disappointed once again. I order the same iced coffee every time, and every time it is bad. Always thin, watered down, no flavor whatsoever. At least they have consistency going for them.

I’ve been here several times for coffee because it’s more on my way thn Starbucks… They always screw up my coffee. Yesterday I got smart and tasted before I drove away– no mocha… I handed it back to the girl and told her it was wrong. Her response was to dump a ton of flavoring in rather than the amout the drink required. I had to dump it, I won’t be back. It’s a couple dollars cheaper but if I can’t drink it then it’s worthless.

Not too impressed with this location. I went this morning to order an iced«Vanilla Chai» and the girl said it only comes hot but that she could pour it over ice although it may be watered down. Umm no thanks. I then asked if they had almond or soy milk. No and no. She said«Not at this location.» For being pretty popular for coffee that seemed odd to me. Lastly I ordered one of their Wake up Wraps with egg white and turkey. When I got to the window she handed me a bag and I looked inside and it was literally the size of a single small street taco. Definitely looks nothing like the picture and not worth it. I’m giving two stars because the drive thru line went quickly. However I probably will not be back and stick to Starbucks or Dutch for my coffee/breakfast.

Not too clean in this location and I’ve seen them scoop ice right into the cups, rather than use a scoop. Half the workers here have an attitude. One gave me a hard time when I ordered two coffee boxes. Apparently, it’s a huge hassle to make coffee…

Dunkin coffee never seems to be strong enough. Of course any coffee will do when you need it but I recommend getting it from some place else if you can. Dunkin is a matter of convenience for me when I am in great need and that’s about it.

Let’s see great coffee… great muffins… good service… coffee drinks need some work though. D&D never lets me down when it comes to plain olé american coffee… but there attempts at making coffee drinks to compete with Starbucks and even Mcdonald’s for that matter come up lame. I tried for example the frozen hot chocolate the other day… taste like plain olé chocolate milk with whip cream. The coolatta’s and other frozen drinks are not bad but Starbucks is much better. However with all that being said… no one makes a better cup of coffee… by fast food standards anyway… than does D&D. The coupons I get every couple of weeks also rock because I can get that great coffee cake muffin they make for 99 cents. I also get get coupons for 1.00 off combos… free doughnuts… and even 99 cent for large coffee’s(although I never have that size… LOL). So if your looking for great coffee and maybe a cheap breakfast to go along with it give D&D a try and remember to Eat, Drink, and be Merry my Friends!!!
