Walked in and the Dunkin Donuts staff was lounging in the sitting area with their phones plugged in and relaxing. Are you hiring Dunkin Donuts? I would love to be paid to sit and lounge during the afternoon. Anyhow… The girl followed us up to the counter and placed our order. We got three donuts — all stale and crusty. This is my second time here and the first time they gave us the wrong donuts, my son had touched them and I handed it back to the staff and they were going to re-serve them. I should’ve learned my lesson then but I was having a hankering for a donut today and their location is convenient. You want great donuts and even better service? Go to Rainbow Donuts on 40th and Thunderbird… I’ll drive a little further next time.

I don’t normally stop at this Dunkin Donuts but I did on my way to work. A million times better than the Dunkin Donuts by my house! Lots of frosting, quick drive through, very nice looking donuts. They have my business. I will definitely stop at this location again.

10:30am on a Sunday last month and this place was a mess in every way, shape, and form. My wife had called the day before to custom order jelly munchkins. I was in the room so I know she spoke to someone and made the order. She was told that they would be ready after 10:00am. When I walked in at 10:30 and there was a bit of a line so I patiently waited. I finally get to the register and inform the cashier that I’m here to pick up an order under my wife’s name. Slightly confused, she asks if it was for a dozen jelly donuts and something else. I tell her it was for four dozen jelly-filled munchkins. Even more confused, she informs me that this location doesn’t make those. Instead of causing a commotion, I step aside pull out my phone, and call my wife. She double checks that she called this location. She did. After a few minutes of trying to play middle man between the cashiers(I think one was a manager or at least an assistant manager) and my wife, my wife hangs up and calls the shop. She talks to the manager, who agrees to bake the order, but I then have to wait another half hour or so for the baker to make them. I sit around for a half hour. No one has the courtesy of coming by and letting me know that the order was finally ready. I had to walk up to the register and see if it was ready. I pay(full price) and leave with no intention of ever setting foot in this place again. So an hour of my morning wasted based on incompetence. Thanks Dunkin’. Also; During the hour I was there, other people complained about orders being wrong, the shop being out of several varieties of donuts, and I think a worker only cleaned up the dining room once.

ONCEAGAIN I go here because the wife and kid like it. ONCEAGAIN I order a meal that comes with both a sandwich and hashbrowns and ONCEAGAIN they fucking forget an item. I felt around in the bag to make sure that everything was in there but I get home and they’ve forgotten to put in my fucking hashbrowns. Why do I keep DOING this to myself? Do not order ANYTHING from here without doublechecking to make sure that they’ve given you every single item that you asked for. There is NO care at all paid to order accuracy. EVER. I absolutely fucking hate this place.

Now i dont usually write reviews, but the ones i do write are gems… so here we go: This dunkin runs smooth during the morning, but once the night crew comes in… game over. Your drinks will be screwed up, you’ll have rude service, and you’ll be missing an item or two when picking up your order. No idea how the night crew got hired seriously. Example, i ordered a drink and it took 3min with the lady repeating it to me 8x… its a cot damn iced coffee w/mocha and cream… how hard is that!!! Then the other time, i ordered like 4x items, and her voice was like…“oh man, you’re ordering alot tonight”. C’mom DD execs… play a game of UNDERCOVERBOSS and see what is really going on. **updated 12÷23÷15 — still sucks!

The 1 star is for getting my drink correct. I got up to the drive thru and the young lady handed my coffee with at least 2 large hickies on her neck. I understand they’re not the most professional plp out there but have some class. I’ve only been here a handful of times and this is the last time I’m coming to this location. 99% of the time the plp are rude, arguing in back and look very unhappy with their jobs. I feel like I’m a burden on them. ATTN: Store Mgr/Supervisors you’re lack of customer service training is clearly evident. You’re cheating these young people out of future opportunities to better themselves by not giving them the skills to succeed. I’m not saying the customer is always right but if you want us to continue to be patrons at this location then I would hope you will choose to take action. From a very dedicated DD fan

This DD’s is incredibly clean! Especially compared to many of the DD’s back in Boston(although those make the coffee better). I like coming here on Saturdays with my son. He gets a donut and juice while I get a coffee. There are plenty of tables, all pretty clean, and we color or do sticker worksheets together. The coffee is just so-so here — but to be fair, I find that is the case with most DD’s in Arizona. Today I tried the coffee with almond milk(thank you for adding a non-dairy milk to your lineup!) and while it was good, it was also cold. I dont know if the coffee was lukewarm or the milk was extra cold, I just don’t recall having that experience of lukewarm coffee anywhere else, with milk or otherwise. Besides that though, I can’t ask for anything else. Clean place, good donuts, nice space. Our Saturdays run on Dunkin’!

I love this location and Korah really goes above and beyond with her great service even when I switch my usual order around but she still gets it done perfectly.

Wow… Do you guys train? I literally just went through the drive through and the guy said let me try and make your sandwich… It was completely wrong and he didn’t put my hashbrowns in the bag… That’s whatever but then there’s the coffee… Basic… How do you mess it up? Well he did… Not his fault, this locations managers fault for not properly training his/her staff before putting them in front of customers… What a poor experience… The one down the street from this one is much better just missing a drivethru

I went in for a free coffee thanks to the Arizona Cardinals victory on Sunday. When I go in, I also get a donut that I pay for. The costumer service was very disappointing to say the least. First off, I was waiting for my coffee for over 10 minutes and when I asked the guy where it was, he had forgotten to make it. To top it off, the lady who ran me up was giving me an attitude and being very rude to me. They were snappy and got upset when I asked for a water too. In the back while I was drinking my coffee with my friend, I overheard the staff shouting obscene things. Next time I want coffee, I’m taking my services elsewhere.

I work early and figured i would get a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I arrived approximately at 530 to the drive in. Either they had just opened or had the speaker turned off needless to say i did not get the coffee or breakfast. Have not been back as i have heard bad service since. Owner should know this.

I love dunkin donuts coffee! However every time I have been to this location I have received nothing but rude customer service. I went inside to ask them to remake my drink when they put sugar in it and they sat there arguing with me about how there was no sugar inside my drink. Except I could taste the grains of sugar in it!!! I’m sorry but arguing with a customer is never the way to go about things. WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE.

Classic American donuts! Pretty good coffee and quick service. Their maple long john is definitely one of the best. Also their glazed will beat crispy cream any day.

Ordered a small coffee for myself with cream and sugar and a strawberry frosted donut for my daughter. Received my coffee with a dirty lid on it.(Coffee grounds and a facial hair.) Gross. I leave and realized I must have misplaced my keys. I went back inside and asked if anyone has turned in a set of keys. I asked 2 different cashiers and they reply no. I left and took my daughter to school. Upon my return I ask to speak to a manager to leave my details in case my keys show up. At this moment another cashier confirms they had my keys all along and hands them to me. Bad miscommunication all around. Not impressed.

My kids and I make it a routine to do Dunkin Donuts every weekend, and have for years. I’m sad that we won’t be coming back to this location. The past two times, it was so hot inside the store, we had to leave and eat in the car.

Lots of parking. Clean space and friendly workers. Super fast checkout process. We ordered two chocolate glazed donuts and one glazed munchkin. I thought the chocolate was reminiscent of blueberries. Kinda odd — maybe they used the same fry oil as blueberry donuts? At any rate I was craving dough so I devoured it. Quality level was what you’d expect for Dunkin Donuts. Sadly, they’d run out of croissant donuts before I got there. Someday I’ll get a cronut. Someday.

The worst Dunkin donuts ever, went in there the other day and ordered a coffee and a bagel with cream cheese and waited like 35 minutes. I finally got really upset and asked for a refund and left hungry. The lady said«your order was never processed » I was like. What??? I’m a paying customer just like everyone else! I will never go back there!

Convenient location, good donuts and coffee. Unfortunately the day I was here, typical Dunkin Donut experience– poorly trained staff. Nice but poorly trained. Don’t know– Dunkin Donuts keep popping up so they must be doing okay with their bottom line. Still, just think of the increased volume of business with a well trained staff! I did discover that I love their dark roast coffee! Delicious, hot & full of flavor!!!

Horrible service. Went to this location 3 times. First time just ok. Second time no one was there but me and my roommate. We ordered one coffee, one ice coffee cream no sugar and a donut. The donut was old. We waited 10 minutes to get our coffee. There were 3 people working. The last and absolutely final time I went through the drive through. Ordered just one black ice coffee with no ice. They gave me tea. This place is pathetic and Dunkin Donuts should be ashamed about this place. If you ask me, don’t ever go to this location. I have not had any problems at the one on cactus and the 51.

This is my very first Dunkin’ Donuts ever !! Back in LA they opened a couple of them, but I never had the chance to drop by. For my first time trying DD the employee made it very memorable. He told me which donuts he recommended and had excellent customer service(lead shift leader) I tried the pumpkin pie donut(I’ve been a little pumpkin crazed lately) and an iced dark roast mocha with almond milk.(Almond milk!!! :D) everything tasted great! The place was clean and the donuts were freshly made… I must say, I have a go to donut shop that has what I need for my coffee obsession whenever I’m here visiting :) can’t wait to have DD again !
