Dunkin’ Donuts

I honestly have to work near this Dunkin, and their coffee is cheaper than Starbucks and the sandwiches are great in the morning, so I sometimes go to this Dunkin’. BUT the employees ruin everything. They hired a new person to work and they were training another person shortly after they were hired, neither of those two people do anything right. EVERY time I go to this location, my order or someone else’s order is wrong, forgotten about or skipped over. ALSO their customer service is absolutely horrendous and they can’t even put napkins in ANY of the bags???
If they actually want to do better, they just need to fire the whole staff from this location and rehire a whole new crew. Then maybe customers will get the correct order and some freakin’ RESPECT! If I didn’t work near this Dunkin’ I wouldn’t never come here again.

Always so slow, today I waited 26 minutes for a bagel no lie I looked at my receipt time. I seen customers after me order and leave. Every time I go I have to repeatedly say my order over and over. I have been late for meetings messing with this staff. I’m going to Starbucks across the street from now on. If it was me I would get rid of everyone except 2 girls that’s good at what they do.

Terrible service. Felt i was being rushed and had to repeat order over n over. Didnt ask if i was done with my order before giving me my total n when i came up to the window to add wat i didnt get to finish, she said i had to get back in line in the drive thru. She also forgot our straws, never again

The service here is absolutely horrid. I’m suprised they got my order right, but it didn’t taste right at all.

Home of the 30 minute drive thru. Do you like spending your whole lunch break in the drive thru? Do you enjoy letting your car idle for 30 minutes? Come to this dunkin, you will hate the wait

One star for THIS location’s complete disregard for customer service! Getting an order right is like rocket science for the employees!
5 stars for Dunkin Donuts food and prices though. You just have to make sure to walk the employees through the steps of putting a two item order in a bag and giving a napkin with an order.

I’m from Boston so I know a good Dunks. Service here was slow and it was because the person in front of me couldn’t count to 12 and didn’t know how to choose donuts. But you’re Dunks! Open the second register.
I ordered a medium iced coffee with the sugar free caramel flavor shot. I am given a medium iced coffee with the creamy caramel swirl.
Me: I’m sorry but I ordered this black with the flavor shot.
Employee: Sometimes the flavor shot changes the color.
Me: … No, there’s definitely cream and sugar in here. I can’t have any milk.
Employee: I didn’t put any milk in it.
At this point I was ready to just go to Starbucks (omg) but another employee came over and made me a new drink. As I’m walking out, the employee asks, «Miss, do you want your first drink?»
Girl, what? I can’t have milk. Period. I can’t take it even if I wanted it.
I’m sad. I should’ve earned triple points on my DD card for that mess.

Delicious breakfast sandwich and coffee. Their line took a little too long. I picked up a dozen donuts to share with friends and they had a great selection! Their donuts went quickly and everyone enjoyed them. They didn’t have my favorite which is vanilla crime though :/​I’ll just have to go back soon!

Stopped by on my way back to California and ordered a large Cookie dough iced coffee. In addition I ordered two glazed chocolate donuts. The coffee was very sweet but good. Didn’t really taste like cookie dough but still refreshing and delicious. The donuts were just ok and mildly stale. Definitely nothing special. I noticed that they offered a variety of sandwiches and breakfast foods. Will have to try next time. Overall was satisfied with the coffee and the price as it was under $ 3.

Who is the manager that runs this location? They’re always out of certain donuts and their customer service is the worst.
On occasion I like to pick up some munchkins. But every time I stop, they never have enough munchkins or they don’t have certain ones. Usually they have all the ones I don’t like.
It’s not just about the lack of donuts it’s the way the employes treat you as well, my business is not feeling appreciated here.

I’ve never been to a Dunkin Dounuts before I’m normally an avid starbucks fan but lately they just been getting redundant with flavors. Nothing new. So my dear bought me a gift card to DD and I was really scared at first because I thought maybe they’re low grade coffee. BUT I WAS WRONG! I don’t think I’ll be going to starbucks for a while. At this location at 8 am in the morning there was a line out of the door literally and let me remind you a new mcdonalds is just next to it but the mcdonalds drive thru was empty I was wondering why… but now I know. This DD is really nice and quick the wait was only 10 minutes tops from start to finish with a huge line they had so it was worth the wait. I got a iced mocha and it was really cheap pricing a lot cheaper than starbucks! I was worried it wouldn’t taste well but it was so SMOOTH super smooth way better than starbucks any day. It’s easy to say I fell in love with DD and look forward to coming back.

I have never tried Dunkin’ Donuts and this was my first experience. I signed up for the newsletter where I received a free beverage of any size with a purchase of a $ 2 DD card. I came into the store at 8 minutes before closing and was helped by a very helpful guy. He wasn’t able to scan my coupon because the register he was at did not have a scanner but he had patience with me. He typed in the numbers to the coupon and my DD card cause I also purchased a 99c donut along with my free beverage and did not seemed bothered at all. He actually kept a decent small talk with me. I walked out with a S’mores hot chocolate and a chocolate glazed donut and I really liked the Hot chocolate but I didn’t really enjoy the donut very much. It wasn’t the best but maybe it was just that specific one. Maybe next time ill try a different one.
Overall I had an good first time experience and will definitely continue to go again and again.

I wish I could give this location negative stars. They have the worst customer service. The staff is rude and impatient. Due to a lack of options I stop here for coffee two to three times per week. They mess up my order EVERY time. When I ask them to fix it I get sighs, eye rolls, and actual verbal attitude. I ordered no sugar because my wife is diabetic you jerk!
This place needs new management and new employees.

Went to Dunkin for breakfast. Ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with hashbrowns, iced tea, and a glazed donut. Got our donuts right away, then the iced teas, then the hot food. But they forgot the hash browns so my friend had to go back up to get them. I was underwhelmed with the sandwich because it wasn’t piping hot and the egg had a powdery consistency… I don’t remember them being that way in the past. Very odd. The hash browns were hot and had a good seasoning. They only give you like 6 though. The tea was really good. Very smooth. The donut tasted a bit plastic-​y to me… Would like to try some other menu items, like the chocolate croissant.

Nothing spectacular stood out from this location. Ordered what I wanted, even repeated a few times as they didn’t hear or forgot almost immediately after I ordered what exactly it was that I wanted. Paid for my goods and then I walked out. They were out of stock on some items which seems to the the M.O. of numerous DD locations. Most every time I go though, they always have my Old Fashion style donut. To my disappointment though, they no longer offer cinnamon coffee. Disappointing.

To be very honest, I don’t think that Dunkin’ Donuts had very good donuts. I would consider them average at best. Personally, I prefer Krispy Kremes. And I would probably give them a two star if I was rating this place solely on their donuts.
But, I have to admit that I highly enjoyed the hazelnut latte that I ordered the other night. I enjoy a nice, strong espresso flavor. That was executed fairly well in the latte I received. Also, I really liked how my latte wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet. I find that Starbucks tends to add way too much sugar/​syrup. This causes their lattes to be sickeningly sweet. Yuck!
Also, I would like to note that I received excellent customer service from the two employees there that night. They were about to close, but they were happy to serve me. I think small talk is fine in certain situations. And this is one of them. I had very enjoyable small talk with these two here.
In summary, I would come here for coffee.

If it weren’t for the manager handling bad customer service after the fact, I would definitely have reviewed them as much lower. I’ve been here previously and had good experiences, but today was not positive.
I could complain about everything bad, but the manager comped my food, and refunded my money, and was polite.
I DID miss an urgent appt. due to their poor customer service at the drive through which took 15 minutes.
I’ll try back another time.

Went here to get the iced peach green tea. To my surprise they don’t carry it. I asked when did they stop. The cashier said they never carried it. I stated, «oh, so you have it on your menu (pointing at the board which had other green tea flavors), but you don’t carry it?» The cashier then stated that the board was new. So I then asked when would they start carrying it. The cashier that told me that she was new. She conferred with another worker who stated that they didn’t carry green tea. I repeated my stance. A third worker entered the conversation and verified that they don’t have an green tea. Other Dunkin Donuts have iced green tea. This facility advertises it, but doesn’t sell it. Wow!
I will not be returning to this location.
