I love Dunkin donuts in general. This is the closest one and I live about 10 mins away. The only thing about this location is the inconsistency. I do not know who made my mocha iced coffee today but it is on point. I hope in the future they will be.

It happens to us as all the time, regardless of which DD we go to, it’s never the same, they should follow a recipe regimen so they’re always the same, I also order the caramel latté & just hope it tastes good everytime I take that first sip & if it’s not. they’re always so busy the hours that I stop by that I just don’t hassle to return it.
It’s disappointing!

Great prices on the coffee, but totally inconsistent on how they are made. Each person here makes an iced caramel latte completely different from one another. They literally have like 50 different employees that work here and I’m pretty sure each of them have served me a latte. Not sure why this is but when I come here I just sit there and hope I’m having a «good latte day»!

Worst Dunkin donuts ever! I’ve been there about 6 times and every single EVERY TIME they get my order wrong no matter how clear I am they mess up. Or my food is either burnt to the crisp. Like its so ridiculous. I don’t even know why I keep giving them a chance lol

Every time I go they are friendly and get my order correct. When it does get crowded they work hard to get everyone order in a timely manner.

Located inside a gas station, but, considering that fact, the donuts were surprisingly fresh. There were two people manning this booth — one at the register and the other doing drinks and donuts. It was fine for what it was, and 25 Munchkins for $ 5 was definitely something we appreciated on our drive from Phoenix to LA. :)

This place was neither bad nor great. It was just ok. Staffed with one person in the middle of the day. The guy behind the counter was a little bit slow. But, for a location in a gas station, I didn’t expect much. I’d hope they have someone better working the morning rush. The donuts are still the best. I can’t stand Krispy Kream.

I went in on a Sunday at 4pm and asked for a large iced DECAFF coffee and I was told that this particular location does not make decaff. I said that sucks, I guess that means I wont be getting anything then. SUCKS, guess I will NEVER go to this location. I will stick to the 99th and Thomas location, they are super friendly and fast.
