I’ve given this place multiple chances but every time I’m disappointed. They either don’t get a stain out I specifically point out to the clerk when dropping off (said stain is not marked like they do at most places) then proceed to still charge me for the item without letting me know they weren’t able to get it out OR put a little hang tag on the item saying a stain was not able to be removed and give me the item back in worse wrinkled condition then when I dropped it off, all while still charging me!!! Will not be returning, no matter how cheap or conveniently located they are to my house.

Changed names from Krispy Cleaners to Crystal Cleaners… I have a review under Krispy but can’t remember what I wrote. Overall I do like Crystal Cleaners and I usually only take less than 5 things at a time to dry clean. Sometimes I only take a pair of shorts and one of my fave tops

I have had my shirts laundered and pressed, pants tailored, and suits dry cleaned here multiple times, and every time has been quick, affordable and of spectacular quality. The services are very affordable, much more so than many of the dry-​cleaners I have tried in Scottsdale, and in my opinion the cleaning, pressing and overall care and look of the garments has been far superior as well.
