Meet the Business Owner

Jim Powers and Jeff Jenson J.

Business Owner

Both Jim and Jeff are accountants by trade, conservative in their approach to business and management. They started in the management business as owners of commercial and residential properties themselves. In the early 2000’s they were involved in the acquisition, management and requisitioning of over $ 130 million of investment properties for clients that range from individual investors to public pension funds. They are currently owners or partners in over 500,000 square feet of commercial office, retail and warehouse space as well as various residential properties throughout the Arizona, Utah, and Idaho markets. Today, they are active in the day to day activities and can often be found in the field dealing first hand with tenants and landlords alike.
