Can’t I give zero stars? Countless Phone calls about incorrect fees charged and each time a story about how Fernando escalated to Romeo the manager and he will handle it and call me back. Over a month later I’ve received exactly zero phone calls and zero credit against my fees. Hence I am doing zero business with this truly pathetic bank going forward. Accounts closed. Shockingly bad. Really insanely unprofessional and pathetic.
