I stopped by today for a fill in and pedi but was told that I needed to make an appointment, which I totally understand, so I made an appointment for 3pm. I drove all the way from 87^th Dr and arrived at 3, sat for 15 minutes waiting (again, I understand they’re busy) only to be told that someone without an appointment had to be at work at 4 so he was going to take her first. I too had another engagement at 4:30 AND I made an appointment but walked out for a second time in one day without having my nails done. I drove there twice only to be told I was bumped.

This place is especially clean, comfortable. They do great work and seem to know a little more than your average nail salon. My only complaint was that my nail tech understood no English. Because of this she had made a mistake on what I wanted done however, they corrected it without a word. I will definitely go back

Excellent job as usual! My wedding day nails look better than I requested! Thank you and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking to get their nails done.

I don’t understand why everyone is complaining about the new management. I had an awesome experience with my nail tech! He was very nice to me and did a beautiful job on my nails. He even offered my mom and I water. A full set with glitter tips was $ 40 for me. It was well worth it!

Welcome! The owners are so nice and great at their job. They make you feel so comfortable and they take great pride in their work! I loved my nails and my experience:) the price was very good and they do great work and have lots of options! Will be coming again!

I had a great experience both Richard & holly were super kind & did such s great job on mine & my daughters nails, to bad I’m moving or I would definitely be a regular.

I love this place. They always do an amazing job, and they have reasonable prices. I’ve been going to them for about 7 months now and have not been anywhere else since. They can do any shape and design you like and the atmosphere there is great. I love talking to richard and holly !

The good news: Open late.
The less good news: I called first to ask if they could do a pedi at 6:30 (they close at 7). They said yes… so my pedicure shouldn’t have felt as rushed as it did. I was not the last client in the place, and it really bugs me when businesses say yes to late service (I know it’s half my bad for not making it over sooner) but then rush you out the door. The technician said she did two coats and a top coat, but those were the fastest two coats ever. If you want an express pedi at «classic» pedi prices, this is the place for you.
I was also bugged that I had to pay $ 10 extra for «callous removal» but the alternative was a few disinterested circles with a worn down pumice. I don’t have callouses… but I’d like a bit of attention paid to the rough spots!
I feel like I’m bordering on a «back in my day» moment… but sheesh, it used to be that when you paid for a standard pedicure, it took nearly an hour and your feet looked great afterward. Now, you have to pay extra for every little thing that used to come standard. Am I just a cranky old lady?

I’ve been coming here every 2 weeks for the last 10 months! They switched owners about a month after I started and that’s why I still go! They do awesome designs, if you show them something you like they will do it. Also they are very friendly and they know me and others by name when I go in! Safe to say they have repeat clients! They offer complimentary water and just all around friendliness! Let’s not forget they do awesome nails and spa pedicures! They have never cut me and I’ve never gotten a fungus on my feet or nails! I went to several places before I found this one and I never went back. This place I drive all the way across town from central and camelback just to see them! If you want an excellent design ask for Holly! Oh and I can’t forget to mention, I’ve never broken or lost a nail! They never come off!

I want to start out by saying I am VERY picky! I like my acrylics a certain length & thickness and I want them to STAY ON! I have been coming here since Jan. 2015. I originally came to this location for Amy & Nancy but have been EXTREMELY please with Holly & Richard. Holly is the best when it comes to recreating pictures I show her. She even remembers when I have already done a design. With every other nail place, my nails popped off before I made it to a fill but with the product they use they last! I won’t be going anywhere else, unless to follow Holly & Richard!

New management is rude and not friendly at all! They had nerve to talk about me to my tech! I can go on BUT there’s all kind of nail salons in the area… don’t waste your time or money at this location!

Love Hally I always make an appointment with her. From great nails, good talks these people actually love their job. They always give you a good laugh and talk time they make the best of customer service. Recomend this shop. It’s worth the drive if you want nice nails and friendly service!

I’ve been going to this nail salon on and off for the last four years. Recently management has changed, I was a little bummed about it because I loved the techs and was sad to know they were no longer there. Being that it’s literally a 5 minute walk from my home, I decided to give it another go… Biggest mistake, the guy doing my nails was rude. I was acknowledged upon arriving, and the only time he spoke to me beyond that was when he told me to wash my hands. He was rough when doing my nails and when ever he stabbed my fingers and I’d move my hands by reflex, he’d stare at me as though I did something wrong. As he was filing my nails, I attempted to mention that my nails on my left hand were longer, he began speaking in his native tongue and dismissed my comment. I left it alone as I did not want to come off confrontational.

And now the new owner is harassing me over Unilocal because I am letting the girls existing customers know what is going on… He told me he doesn’t need customers like us anyway!!! Going to be reporting him to help!

I have been going to this salon for 8 months and loved it… until 6 weeks ago. Amy is not there any longer. The guy that is currently there is rude and mean to customers. He gouged my finger and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. He didn’t apologize. He was rough. I almost left. I went back one more time, thinking, he would not be there. He was and he was rude to the woman he was working on and customers coming in. It is a shame because these ladies are great and do fantastic work. I am now searching for another nail salon. Such a disappointment.

I absolutely love HOLLY she’s very talented ! I was going to her at another location before she moved to this one, I HAD to follow her because she’s the best! I’m a nail tech myself and very picky but I can honestly say she does a fantastic job and is very clean ! I usually always take her a picture of what I’d like done and she does exactly that ! I always leave very happy after seeing her ! Book with her she’s sweet and great to talk to as well

They always doing an amazing job trisha does the best pink and whites ever. They last and last and last and never chip or lift. Been going to her 4 years and years now and won’t go anywhere else all the girls there are always smiling and so sweet to my kids. My kids don’t even whine when they know I have to go and get my nails done because the girls make them feel right at home. I recommend this place to every girl I ever meet that talks about how awful their nail places R around here. I would give more stars if I could

I have been getting my nails done by Nancy for about a year now! I absolutely love this women and her work. I have zero chipping, lifting or breaking! My nails always look fantastic. Sometimes i don’t have time to go every two weeks to get a fill or back fill this is something i don’t stress about because my nails still look good and last! Pedicures are so relaxing it doesn’t matter which of the gals you get they are all great!

Got my nails done here for the first time and I have to say I definitely will be coming back! Ask for Amy she does an amazing job! She is so sweet she even let me use her iphone charger. The place is clean and easy to get to. She is great at creating what you want! Very well priced!

Absolutely love this place! After searching around for a place to go, since I am new to town, I found this cute little shop. They ladies are always so friendly and now that I am a regular they give me extra treatment in my pedicure which is the best!
They always do exactly what I want and make me feel so at home!
I have gotten multiple pedicures, gel manicures, and my eye brows waxed. I even took my fiancé to get a pedi with me and he loved it! :) they are great with designs and if you get the $ 50 pedicure, you get a little back massage as well which is awesome!
Only one negative, prices can get expensive.
