I’ve lived in the Arcadia area — within the greater Phoenix metro area — most of my life. I grew up and went to school here. Between October and April, the weather is fabulous. People come from all over the world to enjoy hiking, biking and being outdoors in our resort community.

Community is important to me. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Council of Education (an organization that teaches children about finances and the economy), Phoenix Chamber of Com-​merce, Better Business Bureau and several local nonprofits.

After getting my MBA at Pepperdine University, I decided to be an Allstate agent so I could open my own business. My dad was also an Allstate agent for 34 years. I like that my work brings something new and different every day. No two days are the same, and there’s always a good challenge. I enjoy helping people truly understand insurance and helping them choose the protection that fits their life — that’s my favorite part of the job.
