I have worked in the medical field for many years. I would stay clear of this nasty very dirty place. so much for the universal cleanlyness law.
First i had to wait several months to get this appt. I did have to re schedule due to a family emergancy.
When you walk into the office it has an overpowering smell of cheap candles. really strong. I did mention that to the reseptionest. that i might not be able to stay due to the smell. i asked if i could possibly see him on friday or next week at his other location which she reply you will have to wait another several weeks and hes only there on thurdays.
Then i tryed to stick it out because of the pain i was in. I got into the room I didnt have to wait to long about 15min. They asked for the urine and open the bathroom door and every thing that was suppose to be sanitary was on the floor .Did she offer no clean up NO WAY. just ignored the whole thing. Then I go to put my stuff in the door and they didnt even check the last 6 before me no room for me to put mine barely so i told her nicely that the next person will not be able to put theres in. so she told the girl down the hall that she needed to deal w that issue. So now im in my room and smell wasnt as bad untill the ac pops on. So im trying to read and the room was dirty see photo trash overflowing. yukkkkky. so i jut left … someone can really get an infection with all that mess and if my DR isnt into cleanlyness i dont need him.
I will be calling my insurance to make sure they dont get paid i didnt see dr.
IV tryed to call the office manager with no responce. no suprise to me.
JUST STAY AWAY FROM THI MESS.
Bad customer service too…

Dr. Borhan is very thorough, gives good explanations and has a good sense of humor. Nationally recognized as a top doctor by USNWR and was top doc in Phoenix magazine 2 years in a row.
Went for a prostate biopsy (which was benign). Explained the procedure, what to expect, and good follow up instructions. Just a great doctor.

Do not go here please. They are fine doctors but their scheduling is a mess. They have often made appointments for me And when I show up they say mysteriously no I don’t have an appointment. I am so frustrated I could cry and they don’t care at all. With the hundreds of places in AZ choose someone else.

This is the second location of theirs I have visited. I live in Scottsdale, but had an urgent matter and my Doctor was working out of this location.
1) they offer coffee & water in their waiting room.
2) I was in and out quickly. I do not like waiting long at doctors offices.
3) they were able to get me in the same day I called. I was in pain and did not want a trip to the ER.
4) the girls that assisted me were so caring. The doctor came across genuinely nice which made me trust his opinion.
5) I was able to get my blood work done there so I didn’t have to go to another place.
6) I scheduled my follow up online through their website at my convenience!

I met with Dr. Hong and thought he was reasonable good. He explained things to me, answered my questions adequately and later he did a procedure. He made a recommendation for green light laser procedure that I did not want to do before trying supplements for BPH. I was concerned by how quickly he wanted to do the surgery. The staff is unbelivably incompetent. If you try to make an appointment you can be put on hold indefinitely and I have been called now several times for appointments that I did not schedule or today I was called to confirm my appointment for tomorrow, except my appointment was for a week from tomorrow and they had the time of day wrong too. I have always believed that an incompetent staff is a reflection of the doctors.
