I Loved my moving experience with A & C brothers, they moved me on a hot day and worked their butts off!!! Professional and courteous. Totally worth every penny spent. And the money spent was not as much as some of the other movers. Thank you A&C brothers.

The movers showed up in the time slot I was told to expect them. They were very professional and friendly and took excellent care of my belongings. I was very happy with their work.

If you hire this company, here are your legal rights:
They cannot charge you more than their quoted price and hold your property on their truck until you pay the extra amount.
Get the quote in writing, and print a copy in case you need to involve the police.
Both Art and Mitch will lie to you. Do not trust a single word they say.
Whatever they quote means nothing and is a complete and total fabrication.
They insure for .60 cents per pound. They will tell you they will cover those Waterford crystal goblets at full replacement, but will not.
They will charge by the hour, and by the box. They will not bring enough boxes so the movers take longer waiting for those boxes they need.
They will not mention the supply charges in their quote.
I could write a long, long, long explanation of exactly how bad this experience was. I figure just letting you know your legal rights so you know what to do if you hired these guys is probably warning enough. Don’t be afraid to involve the police, and don’t sign a non-​disclosure. After they completely messed up every single aspect of my move, they graciously offered 50% off the supplies they left completely out of their original quote if I would agree to sign a non-​disclosure (non-​disparangement according to them, please see photo). I told them where they could shove it. They eventually agreed to honor their quote after 8 hours of very intense and stressful back and forth in the middle of an already stressful move. But only after they realized I knew my legal rights and planned to have my rights enforced.
The original quote was $ 1250 including everything with proper insurance, 4 movers, 8 hours. When they arrived an hour late the paperwork said $ 139 an hour plus supplies with no indication of supply costs. I ended up paying $ 1459 plus $ 70 for pizza for their movers, $ 15 for bottled water for their movers (the movers were nice and I felt bad for what their management was doing to them), and $ 200 cash tip to two movers who felt bad about all of it and stayed until 4 am to help me at least get my bed in place and get the big pieces out of my apartment. I finished the job in my car the next day, and paid an extra day on my apartment because of all of this.

SO GRATEFUL! I was worried about A&C before booking after seeing some negative reviews. Boy was I wrong! Art, at the office, won me over during booking with his professionalism and his tips to keep costs down by being prepared before moving day. The 3 men that moved my house were awesome… they were efficient and careful. They even helped me when my car battery died. I would totally recommend!

The guy’s that provided the service were nice and respectful. There were a few issues but they were resolved. I do suggest that if you are expecting boxes for your move call the night before to remind them exactly what type and how many so that they put them on the truck.

I needed help moving the items from my small storage into a two bedroom apartment. I called around to other companies but they were far too expensive and most didn’t even provide a moving truck. A&C Brothers provided all supplies, were gentle with all my items, and even accommodated to the fact that my apartment complex didn’t have a location where they could drive up to my apartment. They didn’t complain when they saw that they had to walk a distance to get to my apartment and even hauled heavy boxes upstairs. My movers talked to me the entire time and were very funny. They got everything done in under two hours and there were no delays. I’m glad that I used this company because I would have had to move everything myself in the AZ heat. The movers that helped me were very friendly and helpful. They made sure to wrap up all of my furniture and asked me which boxes specifically were fragile (since I didn’t label them. whooops!). Two movers were perfect for my move from a one bedroom apartment from Glendale to Phoenix. Thanks again!

**** SCAMMERS*** please do NOT do business with these unprofessional idiots! Mitch and Art are both liars! Not only did They over charge me, promised to refund me my money, but they also damaged my furniture! The mover attempted to move my dresser while the draws were still in it… Yeah all of the draws fell out as soon as he got it out of my front door! They showed up 2 and a half hours late! Promised to send me some fake ass claim forms for my damaged furniture (still waiting on them) it’s been a month! The movers were smoking and taking breaks! Breaks are fine don’t get me wrong… But there were mover than 5 breaks!!! Mind you, I was in a little one bedroom apartment! Took them 5 damn hours to move a few things! One mover even said he QUIT because he was upset that my cousin questioned him about being 2 hrs late! My boyfriend had to take my Furniture to there truck because the movers couldn’t manage to get it down the stairs! Smh! Took it upon myself to go up to there office and of course no one answered the door! I work right Across the street from there office so I know someone was there! My cousin made a review on here (everything she said was 100 000% true) the day of my move because she was there the entire time witnessing the pathetic ass job they were doing, Mitchell told me to have her DELETE the comment she made on Here ( Unilocal) if I wanted them to process MY fucking claim! Lmaooo! Really dude?? Lol the workers were lazy! They called us lazy bitches because we weren’t helping them move?! lol isn’t that why I paid you idiots $ 500? Please I beg you, pleaseeeeee don’t use this service! I wish they had negative 0, as a rating! I can guarantee, the 2 fake ass 5 star reviews they have, are faker than a $ 2 bill lol! i wish there was a ZERO staR for this moving co. the first time they were to come to my home for an estimate no one ever showed up ! yesterdaY GREG called me so i gave another chance to come give me an an estimate– he sounded desperate for buisness-​so i gave them another chance– show up time 10:30 am-​again no one showed up!!! please poease do not even bother to call this so called moving co– they are not reliable or dependable… do not waste your time or money– PLEASE…

I was quoted 3 hours of work plus an hour of a trip charge at $ 74 an hour. I was told that we would get a 26′ truck and 3 men. Only two movers came. Only two movers arrived. A & C brothers told me that they ran a background check on all of their employees. One of the movers told me he was a convicted felon due to a mistake he made when he was 18. This came up due to some bullets falling out of the dresser. He explained to me that he wasn’t able to handle them. He was convicted for a felony theft charge due to stealing coins from a washer machine. The movers themselves were great, I didn’t have any issues with them. The move overall took 5.25 hours and the move was much more expensive than what I expected and was quoted. I wouldn’t recommend using A&C brothers to anyone.

SCAM!!! Don’t use this business! I HAVE NEVER MADE A BAD REVIEW EVER!!! My sister & I used them and we got waaaaaaay underestimated quote. The guy Art gave us a quote for a ONE bedroom APARTMENT would max take 3 hours to pack a few things and load the truck. It took the guys 6 HOURS. We got two guys but one was doing all the work shout out to Henry, real nice funny and fast BUT he told us the other guy who was suppose to help him CALLED IN SICK so he had to pick up his uncle which was a old guy who was tired by the first hour. Poor guy. But we were promised TWO. we go one and a half! He couldn’t even take a box to the truck! Then when they FINALLY loaded everything and took it to the destination they called the office to let them know it would take half and hour to unload and WE HEARD THEM TELL THEM TO TAKE AN HOUR even though Henry said he was SURE they’d be done by half an hour max the office told him to make sure he took an hour?! As if we weren’t upset enough with the fact that they were under staffed and taking TWICE as long since only one guy was doing the job! I called customer service and asked for corporates number and the guy who answered asked me why. I tried to explain and he said «I don’t care who you are. That wouldn’t take three hours» and he started laughing at me ON THE PHONE how rude and unprofessional then he put me on hold for about 30 minutes «looking for corporates number» finally he gave it to me and I called and guess what? THE NUMBER DOESNT WORK. btw we tried to get in contact with the guy named Art and no reply. Fishy. Wouldn’t recommend. 0 outta 10. We should have looked at the reviews on here first but lesson learned.

Only one star because you have to give them a star to post this review. But we reserved for them to be here at 3 o’clock and no one showed up until 5 PM and then they talked for 20 to 30 minutes on what to do when we told them we needed to be out by 6pm. They move so slow and just complained, One guy had the nerve to say we’re just standing around not doing nothing and we paid them to move our stuff. I do not recommend this company to anyone and please read our reviews before booking this company. I sure will be making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on them. Because of their slowness my cousin have to pay her apartment complex an extra $ 200! All we had for them to move was the living room furniture and the bedroom furniture and a few boxes. The worker was complaining about having to unscrew the bedin he was saying «I hate taking mirrors and I hate unscrewing bed I hate moving dressers»

The only reason I am not giving 1 star is because of how helpful Mitch from the sales department is. I used A&C for a move in April. I was underquoted on the phone and ended up paying double. A dresser was broken in the move. I promptly sent an email to Art (who I assume is the manager) and the claims department. No answer. I sent another email which was ignored. I called probably 7 times and was given the run around. Then when I finally spoke with someone the had NO RECORD of my move! What kind of company «loses documents» just because of someone who needs to file a claim? There is a serious lack of ethics here. It took me going down to their office unannounced to solve my issue. Thank you Mitch for being so accommodating. The manager Art was again no where to be found.

I have never hired a moving company. Preparing for my move was stressful. I requested quotes online. Mitch was by far the most professional and friendly person who called me. He beat all of the other quotes. It rained on my move day. Art was courteous and professional. And when I became a little snippy due to stress, he reassured me and even offered to help me find another mover if I felt the need to do that. I am grateful that did not happen. Justin and Paco were also courteous and professional. They worked their butts off moving me from a 3000 sq foot house to a 1 bedroom apartment, in the rain. They worked hard to protect my belongings from the rain. They worked non– stop until 8 PM on a Friday evening. I am sure they would have preferred to be with their families. I highly recommend this company! Thank you guys!

This moving company provided me with one of the best moving experiences ever. They take customer service to another level. Great prices excellent communication and superior service are a few ways to describe these guys.

I called because I needed a piano moved and to have some stuff moved since I came from California. These guys promised they were able to do it. I was impressed that it was done according to what was promised. They were prompt and efficient. I am so happy I found them.
