Tri-State Public Adjusters

stay away please they are crooks, they forged my name and cashed the checks and now stating they can not find the checks or my file!!!

This company did very well for me. Ron was very polite and helpful. He always answered his calls quickly and I received top dollar for both of my rentals that burn down. I highly recommend Tri-​State.

I recently had a major fire to my commercial building and my friend referred me to Anthony Lombardo from Tri State Public adjusters what a great job he did for us. He is a well spoken business savvy, humble man I couldn’t thank him enough for the help he provided in my time of crisis. I felt obligated to write this review as a token of my appreciation for his hard work. I have other real estate property in the area, I will definitely be using Anthony Lombardo again and recommending him to my business partners. Great job Anthony and the Tri State team!

Horrible service. They received our check from our insurance company and they forged the check and took our money. They are crooks! Buyer beware! We are filling a police report.

So many negative reviews and now I know why. I have had nothing but trouble communicating with the owner of this company! I have been fed nothing but lies and excuses and when I spoke to a representative from the insurance company, they said Tri State has failed to return their calls. I spoke to the owner today and he told me he would get back to me with some information, has he? Nope, so therefore I am going to give my honest review. Find a legitimate Public Adjuster because this one is not. The BBB review is bogus because the have settled all of their disputes. When this company has to deal with someone educated they get nervous! Do not sign an agreement with them no matter what they promise you. There are plenty of other companies out there that are honest and responsive and TRI STATE is neither! I wish I could leave zero stars!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are the worst people I have ever dealt with in 30 years! I had a leak in my house and my plumber recommended them… that was May. In the beginning they were very diligent. When my insurance company wanted to settle and they did not like the amount they neglected to call them, me, or even discuss it with me. My insurance company sent them checks that I was never aware of. By August when I had enough and started questioning the adjuster about what was going on, they suggested I pay an outside attorney. All this for a small leak in a bathroom! I told the adjuster I no longer was interested in using him or his company. I called my insurance company and they needed something in writing. It is now the end of October and I am yet to get that in writing. I have called the company numerous times and only get a disgruntled receptionist. No one ever returns my phone calls. I leave messages for the adjuster and I even went as far as calling my plumber that introduced me to these people. STILL NO RESPONSE. Now I may have to pay an attorney just to put an end to all of this! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We felt the service of the adjuster that was sent out to handle our claim could have communicated much better between the Ins. Claim Rep. and ourselves. We felt he did not do what his job details. We felt we could have done much better ourselves and did not have to pay a commission for nothing. Will not use in the future.
