This is by far the earliest place I could find that would accept new patients, and I’m glad. I’m seen for mild acne. Staff is kind and helpful, and asks and records a lot of information so they can best assess my situation. They offered medication formulated at their office, which was a special combination of products that I haven’t seen elsewhere. It’s not much more expensive than similar CVS-​filled prescriptions, and it’s convenient to buy from them. It’s working remarkably, and I’ve tried a lot of OTC products and have been to one (very unhelpful) derm’s office before. And they take my insurance! And they give samples when I ask.
Decoration is very clean and hip. They sell a lot of OTC skincare products up front, from brands I don’t recognize. They seem expensive for what they are, but I haven’t bought anything other than my prescription.

Bao Tran is professional, warm, and 100% capable. It was a pleasure working with her. I recommend her and the business wholeheartedly.

I was elated when the Locust St location was opened. For those of us that live in the suburbs and work in the city the convenience of this is invaluable.
