We have a wonderful period dining room table to go with our fifties modern house. We also found an early work by Karen Singer. This is the best place in Philadelphia to find things to match your mid century retro looks.

First, Old City (no «e») is the neighborhood in Philadelphia (and Old Town is in Chicago). Reform has a constantly changing interesting selection of mid-​century modern. One of a few stores in Old City that cater to that period. Prices seem a bit more reasonable than the others in the neighborhood.

Excellent selection of furniture and decorative accessories from the ‘50s. There are a few cool places like this in Olde Town and I enjoyed fantasizing about furnishing my flat with the funky and fun offerings at Reform/​Lumiere.
