My Beautiful, clean, and spacious apartment overlooks Rittenhouse Square park. I love the pool and gym, the helpful friendly staff, and most of all, the ideal Center City location. Parc is really in the heart of it all !

My girlfriend and I moved into our new apartment at Parc Rittenhouse yesterday, and were pleasantly surprised with the EXTREME level of support and attentiveness shown to us by the staff at Parc Rittenhouse. Paul & Richard who were working at the Front Desk were very nice, and helped us in every possible way they could to make our moving day easier. They always greet us by name when we are coming or going, and they entire staff at Parc has a way of making you feel warm, like you’re part of the family. So far, we are very, very, happy with our decision to rent from Parc and feel fortunate to have found such a lovely place to live.

beautiful building and apartments. The man who is always in the lobby mopping the floors is very rude. He doesn’t make people feel welcome. If he doesn’t like you, he will lie and want to get you in trouble.
