Jiffy Lube

Avoid this location at all costs! Literally. Went here in November 2014 FOR a typical oil change and a tail light replacement. After an hour was told the lightbulb broke in the socket and would need further repair at this point. Okay, no biggie. Right? Fast forward to now… Took my car to my normal mechanic for an oil change and was told Jiffy Lube put an oversized drain plug in my oil tank which cannot be removed. A $ 500 oil tank replacement is the only option. I called to speak with the manager of jiffy who denied putting in an oversized drain plug, even though it was written on the invoice they gave me! He was incredibly rude and told me to just buy a $ 40 tank at a junk yard! Insanity. If you want to pay big bucks for fixing the damage this facility will cause your car, go for it… Or save yourself the trouble and avoid this business!

I only ever do oil changes on my truck, but I always return because I really enjoy how friendly everyone is from the person who takes the vehicle, or enters your information in, or takes you to the car when finished. Very professional, very friendly, always enjoyable (and quick) experience.

Best experience getting my car serviced EVER! I’m not kidding. If I could give them six stars, I would. And who gets excited about oil changes? Every single person, and every single touch point with every single employee at this location was above par. Stellar customer service. Super friendly, super accommodating and I saved 10 bucks with an online coupon from their website! I will definitely return to this location.

This place is actually really nice for what it is.
The staff are super friendly and the job they do is quick.
Make note though, they will try and upsell you on a ton of services. Make sure you know what you want and need before you go in. I would steer away from their «Gas Line Treatment» product. Its around $ 60 for a liquiod they pour into your gas tank. They litterely sell the same thing at Pep Boys for $ 9.99.

The manager Mervin Minter refused to accept the foursquare check in coupon for $ 10 off. The coupon has a code specific to this address and has the address listed on it that appears on your phone. The check in is an advertisement for them and promotes them to my friends. That’s how foursquare works. He said it need to be printed yet that is not on the coupon or posted anywhere in the business. Since cell phones don’t have printers attached that is just ridiculous. He walked away from me multiple times and refused to help. I have been using various Jiffy lubes for years but this is the last time, very bad business practice and management. Even the clerk apologized for him.
