Nasty stale bagels. Just get yourself a pretzel from Auntie Anne’s next door… At least they’re freshly made.

Bagels are gross stale and mealy. They don’t even toast it until it’s hot. The latte is average. I’m not a fan of Starbucks but you’re better off going there.

They sell pre-made Le Bus sandwiches! Prosciutto/salami/cheese/spinach on a baguette was under $ 9. Delicious.

I’d like to second Erika’s review. Smoothies are pre-bottled syrupy mix with ice added. The opposite of healthy.

Awesome attentive service. Tasty expresso. What more do you need?

The guava juice here is surprisingly good! It was nice, sweet, and refreshing after traveling — though, it comes from a concentrate mix(not fresh). The egg white sandwich here looked good, but it was super plain and boring — I would not order a sandwich again, but I would get the juice again!

Ordered a fruit smoothie with protein on my way through the airport and saw that this company uses pre-bottled, sugary smoothie mix. The product tasted fine but wasn’t worth the price that I paid and was way more sugar than I wished to consume. Definitely not a healthy snack.

I picked this place because the food looked about the best that I could pick from. You can get juice, coffee, pastries and a limited selection of sandwiches from here. I picked a grilled chicken sandwich. When I got to eat it I found the ends of the bread were very hard and dried out. Some of the greens were very wilted and dead and the white meat chicken was on the dry side. I didn’t give one star because this is typical airport food.

Just got a chicken sandwich. It is ok. Wish it was less greasy. I thought it looked like a bah mi vietnemese hoagie but it is def not. I don’t understand why the roll has to be so greasy. Over $ 11 for a small chicken sandwich and bottle of water.

I stopped here to grab breakfast before a flight out… my gut told me I should’ve gone to Au Bön Pain, but Guava & Java was convenient so I decided to try them out. Bad decision. Good: –They offer Siggi’s yogurt! I’ve never even seen this brand outside of Whole Foods or Wegman’s. What a nice surprise and a great way to start my day. Bad: –Service — one of the two workers was REALLY slow, even as the line was growing. The other worker seemed pretty fast and super friendly. –I ordered a toasted whole wheat bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was warmed, but not toasted, and there was a TON of cream cheese. The most I’ve ever had on a bagel. I ended up wiping most of the cream cheese off and only eating about half of the bagel. Such a waste… –Most of their bananas were really brown — way too brown to eat. I had to really dig to get one that was edible… not good. I feel bad for anyone else after me who wanted a banana. –The fruit cups did not look fresh

I have to say I’m a bit disappointed in this place. The service was exquisite. The staff was very friendly and energetic, even singing along to the background music which was fun. However, my latte and breakfast sandwich were so mehhh that I wouldn’t go there again. I was deciding between Dunkin Donuts down the terminal or this place, and I love trying new places, and Guava has hot sandwiches(The Dunkin at this airport doesn’t) but this is an instance where I should have gone with my gut!

Writing this review more on the Java side than the Guava, solely based on the one espresso drink I ordered. They serve la Colombe coffee(locally roasted, good stuff), so that’s a good base line for a quality drink. Barista pulled decent shots too. Seems like best coffee option in airport. I would go out of my way for this over Starbucks any day.

Traveling through Philadelphia airport in the early A.M. calls for a caffeine fix. There weren’t too many places to get coffee near my departing gate. I was hoping for my regular chain of coffee but I was out of luck. Fortunately guava and java was there to help me out. The gentlemen preparing the place for opening was very friendly. I usually don’t expect much from an airport location but he genuinely surprised me. He made my order quickly. It was pretty close to my perfect coffee order. It made my day start off great. Thanks!

Nothing gluten free other than yogurt, veggies and drinks. They only have person working and it is a slow process.
